This location has truly been exceptional for me. I have encountered minimal issues when placing orders, and the staff members consistently demonstrate an impressive level of enthusiasm. It's truly heartening to see individuals who still genuinely enjoy their work.

I generally get pretty good service and tip them, but today's interaction was insane. The girl handed me stuff at the drive through window didn't bother saying anything and immediately just turned her back to laugh with her coworkers. I was trying to hand them the tip since I couldn't reach the container, but they didn't check what I needed and just stared at me through the closed window. Then again turned their backs towards me and continued talking. I get wanting to relax a bit, but you still have a job to do.....

Here’s a tip Starbucks. this might’ve been a challenge to figure out but… if someone orders no ice, (venti size to be exact) I can GUARANTEE whether the drink has to be shaken with ice TO BE MADE or not, they’re not expecting a shot of coffee. They’re expecting a coffee with no ice. Y’all could’ve shaken the drink with ice and still filled to the brim *ICELESS*… I ordered from ubereats and this isnt my first time, I always put no ice so it doesn’t melt en route and y’all really gave me 1/10th of a drink. That’s crazy. Again, having to make the drink with ice because it’s a *shaken espresso* does not alter the ability for me to receive a full coffee. Y’all should’ve kept shaking til it was full I don’t care. Also AGAIN, ordered from ubereats which is already like double the price of a coffee plus paid the extra $2-$3 for venti for y’all to play in my face like that… annoying.

There always kind there i have no complaintsDietary restrictions: They have many milk substitutes and there are a variety of syrups and sugar.Parking: Not such the number was but over 50 spaces .Kid-friendliness: They have non caffeine drinks available of children so that they don't feel excluded.Wheelchair accessibility: There parking ,entry and seating are wheelchair accessible

Seems to be a great team here. The only thing I have to say, young Asian guy working the drive thru, you need to lose the attitude. The way you don't want people to judge you don't judge them. You can't just pick and choose who you going to be nice to, I'm talking about the rolling of the eyes and turning your back when people are talking to you. Not necessary. Other than that, thank you staff for being outgoing and dedicated. Your manager should be proud of you.

I ask for a venti water with ice I told her politely that if it was ok to charge me. I was not asking for free. She told me the there was a shortage of cups ????? If that’s the case just shut it

Went here in the afternoon on a weekend. Got the mocca frappcicino. They were quick to deliver. The waitress was very nice when she served our drinks. I was too excited and accidently got the drinks and straws out of her hand, which I don't know if she remembers that , but I felt kind of rude about it. I apologize about that if you're reading this. Everyone had awesome customer service.
Sit inside or outside on the patio. The staff here are friendly and keep the place clean.

Nice Starbucks. I used to kick it here back in the days when drinking coffee. Great staff and new people here. I order the Latai and warm coffee. Drive thru is a little squashy,but we find a way to manage through it. Place was clean inside. People sit inside and study or whatever.
