The first barista taking our order seemed to be annoyed that she could not understand my cousin because she was wearing a mask. My cousin was asking for a drink and the barista got frustrated and said I can NOT understand you and made her repeat it a few more times which in turn made us frustrated. After we ordered we can see them talking and staring us down. So a different barista (LEAH) walked up to the window and decided to tell us they were out of the item that she wanted (It seemed pretty intentional to me but I will leave that as an assumption) after this was done the barista (LEAH) turned around and screamed DID YOU SEE THE LOOK ON HER FACE?! and started talking to the initial barista. After this they made sure to fill other orders while we waited a long time for this drink they gave it to her completely wrong with added toppings. A third barista came into the picture and made a really snarky remark so I went to the window and told them their attitude is so unnecessary.. the third barista replies with “sorry that’s just how I am”. I told them you guys work at a hospital you have no idea what people are going through our grandma is in there dying and we are on edge. All they could do was be quiet. One managed to spit out an I’m sorry.

They gave me the wrong sandwich (ill leave that up to you whether you think that was intentional or not) LEAH the girl who we had issues with the prior day came over to see what was happening, she looked at me and turned to another barista and chatted. She then took over making the sandwiches. She made me wait 10 minutes while she made more sandwiches. She then brought my sandwich with another called out the other persons name and left mine on the counter. So I said Dani? She looked at me without saying anything like she couldn’t hear me. So I said it again and she gave me the most dumbfounded look which I felt was inappropriate. I told her you know what I think I will get in touch with corporate. She said that’s fine so I walked away and SHE STARTED SCREAMING IN THE STARBUCKS. I could not make out what she was saying.

I asked for a small cup of water to take medication and she said it was 50 cents. This does not seem right. Perhaps a discussion with Kaiser Admin is necessary. The girl was very friendly but this policy seems wrong on a hospital campus.

Love the place when Charisma the cashier isn’t there. New to the area she gave my wife attitude for no reason other than the fact we’re new to the area? Not white?? ??♀️ sorry for being gay? HA not get it together starbucks cause the kitchen staff is more professional than your front end cashier
Edit: no wonder the staff are like this. the general manager Summer was there talking for a good while with a customer while her employees are struggling during a rush. Super polite to everyone but when it came to us again surprise surprise nasty attitude. Embarrassing instead of correcting her employees’ behavior, Summer backs it up with her own nasty attitude. Threw us a dirty look and handed the drinks super rudely when we’ve never seen her before. Would love to talk to a superior about this it’s ridiculous how often we get treated badly compared to the rest of the customers definitely homophobia involved.

Sherrie is the best she is always smiling and a genuinely great person to deal with. Although a little less convenient than stopping at a drive through anytime I have an appointment at kaiser I wait to get my starbucks fix there so I can run into her ?. Starbucks is lucky to have her as an employee! Also they haven't messed up my order yet.

Jaw dropping experience. The barista Su Su nonstop gaslighting me that there's nothing wrong with the drink when the new product featuring the raspberry pearls but there's literally zero pearl in the drink. She kept gesturing the zip mouth sign with shuh/zip it/quiet, over 10 times to me. When I ask for her manager, Su Su repeatedly said "you are talking to her" when I said not you, YOUR manager, she you-are-talking-to-her 10 more times. Finally the general manager and the owner came out, and you thought they would stop Su Su providing this horrible service, no no no, both the owner and the general manager shouting at me and force me to the side where the camera cannot catch their faces, then start calling me crazy and threatening to "remove" me. Without camera, the owner or the general manager didn't even bother to fix their facial expressions. That really look too smooth for them, most likely not the first time I assume, for covering up their disgusting follow up behaviors. My question, does Starbucks audit the owner's qualifications for opening a store with Starbucks's name? It really seems not. Please call me and I am very interested to open one too, since you do not need any professionals to meet at all. In AAPI month, this is really ironic. We Asians are always not heard, being accused too mute or too low voiced. Guess when you raise your voice what would happen? Yes, forcing you to the corner where camera cannot get what they said/did, and threaten the all way they want.To Su Su, with this picture again, would you please tell me again, what's wrong with the drink you made and how I dare questioning the "imaginary" missing pearls from the drink should be? You didn't think I took the picture before you pour it into the sink without my permission right? Another smooth move destroying the evidence I assume?Question, why you pour it when there's nothing wrong when you made it?

Who charges for water just know someone pocketing legit free water money they charge 50cent for water and you get a receipt that says Starbucks item not water

They charged me for a splash of milk. Stated that no matter the amount, they have to charge. Interesting thing is that if you place the order on mobile app (at this location) and choose splash of milk their is no charge. Please train your staff.
