This location is the best in the area! :) The workers here are so kind, especially David! He truly does go out of his way to greet everyone that walks in through the doors and he is so friendly. It is something I don’t think I’ve ever really seen or noticed at any other location, but definitely here. Big shoutout to him! I’d be proud to have him as an employee !! 💯👍

This is the worst service attitude of all the Starbucks I've ever visited. Customers were standing at the ordering area, and all the staff saw that there were customers waiting, but no one came over to serve them. They all pretended to be busy with other things, and some even hid in the bathroom. After waiting for about three minutes, a female waiter came over to serve me. She had a terrible attitude. After I took my coffee order, she turned around and left before I could finish ordering anything else. I will never come to this store again!

As you can tell they didn’t put love into my matcha. The color is not a dark green, I can hardly taste the matcha. Not to mention, they were skimpy with it smh. Starbucks, you need to do better with your matcha! Put some love into it

I always get my drinks from here and not bad but I wanted to get a sandwich today because I haven’t eaten breakfast and we asked the barista if they had the one I wanted and she said yes for her to not charge me the sandwich and when my bf was going to ask her if she charged for it she just closed the window, they should repeat the order to make sure they get everything.

I called 30 mins ahead and asked to have a carrier ready the guy just kept saying “you can order it online” and I said sorry I didn’t know but can I just place it with you? He said “uh yea sure by what tile do you need it?” I said for the next 20 mins and he said ok I asked three times is my order placed and he said yea but next tile you can do it online. I get to the store and I tell the girl I have an order for a carrier she asked who I spoke with I responded I’m not sure the guy didn’t ask for my name or anything. And she said uh ok give us a minute I asked was it even placed? She said no sorry. Why would the employee verify three times

Had this happen to me twice the first time it was fuzz from a sweater now it’s something red looks like a piece of food but now I’m gonna have to throw away my drink once more

Hello, I live down the street of this starbucks i've recently seen that this starbucks doesn't really apreciate there customers and are not filling up are drinks and in my opinion putting way to much ice, I also want to speak on behalf the baristas if you need to retrain them in certain drinks are way to sugary and aren't the same taste as others I try. I am just speaking behalf on others the might feel the same as me please do better starbucks in my area. thank you honest review
I can say for the most part I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while never really had any issues. Except for this day I came in for my regular coffee I usually drink it there. The barista wasn’t too friendly almost seemed bothered when I asked her if there were refills.
When I went back to get the refill I didn’t know you had to go back to the register to order she wasn’t too pleasant either. Maybe she was having a bad day who knows. It won’t keep me from coming back cause overall everyone here are friendly.

I loved going to this Starbucks but they so suddenly “changed” the policy on pup cups I offered to buy it and they said there was no way of charging it. The next day I called the manager David and he said it was a policy and that if I bought anything even a cake pop they would give me one other than that they couldn’t but when I asked the employees there they said “no here this is the last time we will give you one”. Makes no sense because any other Starbucks I go to they are happy to give us as a pup cup without any hesitation or “policies”

I wonder if the owner knows that the employees close the indoor area early, went and the doors were closed but the drive thru was open, claims to be from 5am-10:30pm, this is false 👎
