Very large area to sit and sip coffee. Nice seating, customer service is good. Drinks are hit and miss depending on the barista. Food selection is mediocre, what you would expect from any other Starbucks. Music can be a bit too loud for my taste. Sometimes it feels like Im at a club?I would recommend more coffee house misic and less club music.Good place for large groups.

Starbucks culture/vibe is not found at this location. It is ran by a bunch of messy people. By 'no culture' i mean there is no enjoyable music and no internet. The person next to me said theyre using their own hotspot to use their laptop. This is a fast food location near a major freeway. I wasted 1.5+ hours of the morning trying to connect to the Internet. I had an important project to do.

Idiots every one that works their is a idiot. I waited 20 minutes for a dam drink at 5am. Why? Not because people were ordering a bunch of drinks. It was because the idiots inside were making the drinks for the cars behind me. So now everyone behind me had melted drinks and cold food. Id never go back i think im done with starbucks and their terrible service

I work very close by and it's just convenient to get coffee from this location on my way to work.... It's usually a convenient treat. I was so excited to get my coffee this morning when I walk up and they give me this? I ordered a Grande oatmilk shaken iced expresso. When I asked the girl did someone return this she then replied no..... when I said wheres the rest of it she said it's because you ordered light ice with a smile. I order this all the time at all different locations and for some reason this is the only location that does this. I order light ice because I don't like drinking watered down coffee and I don't like super cold stuff. So needless to say I paid for a grande and got a tall. I didn't want to be late so I just left....I ended up getting to work and pouring almost a full cup of coffee into this one to fill it to the top. I ended up with really warm coffee and a ruined drink. All and all...I will no longer be buying from this location in the future.... It's happened way too many times now. I'll just get coffee bean instead and save myself the time, money and hassle.Also mentioned it to my coworkers and they agreed it's only ever this location so idk.

I always come to this Starbucks because they're beyond great with their service and attitude. I go shopping to Target across the street and always choose to not buy Starbucks in there and drive across the street because they never fail to bump my mood up. It probably sounds ridiculous to others but I swear you don't get good service 100% of the time just anywhere.

Ordered my mocha drink at 11:23amPatiently waited and waited until 11:47am, then I approached the cashier and asked regarding my drink. She went to the baristas and asked, came back with a bewildered look on her face. She stated they have an overwhelming order of "mocha's". They actually forgot to make my drink.Requested refund.

Updating my review; after they moved to a bigger location and seems like the customer service improved significantly all the barista's. There are super nice and welcoming. Food is great as usual the new dining area is nice and open.
