I’ve never ordered online before but I decided to give it a try since I have a short lunch break. I placed the order at 11:19 a.m, only to realize five minutes later that I placed the order at the wrong Subway (there’s one closer to my job). I call at 11:25 am to see if I can cancel my order and the girl I spoke to said no because the order was already made. Mind you, online it said “Received”, not “Building or Ready”which is why I thought I would be able to cancel it. Since I was unable to cancel I head out to pick it up. I drive back to my job and realize that they did not add all the toppings. I call back and speak to the manager Stephanie, she confirmed that my order was missing toppings and offered to remake my sandwich. However, I explained to her that I am short on time and would not be able to go back. The manager should have offered me a refund, since it was their mistake or offer to give me a sandwich another day. I would have gladly went back if I wasn’t short on. Effective problem solving is crucial to any business, and this manager showed her inability to do so. The owners of the business should consider providing additional training to ensure customer satisfaction.

Just got off work decided to not cook and enjoy myself a nice meatball marinara sandwhich... keep in mind this is at 8pm, I ge their only to find out their is no meatball, he said I would have to wait 20 minutes. I asked what time did they close they said at 11pm. Such a disappointment, won't be going back their again.

Want to give a shoutout to store member Marissa who provided us amazing service. My boyfriend and I came in with a big lunch order for my family and Marissa took care of our order. She was very nice, organized, and ontop of it all. The restaurant it self was very clean and well stocked.

I got the worst employee today when I walked in just the worst attitude and put way too much mayonnaise on my sandwich when I asked for a small amount. I almost left without paying or eating

Subway was my favorite place. I love the pastrami sandwiches. I paid too much and it only has a lil bit of pastrami.. last time I eat there. Great customer service tho. Is just the fact that the sandwiches have a lil bit of meat.

I really don't leave reviews but i couldn't help myself! Didn't want to cook so what the heck let's order sandwiches. So my daughter stopped on her way home. I asked for a #7 the sliced Avo mexicali. It was bread with some chicken a few pieces of tomato, i could count the pieces of lettuce and no sliced avacado! Why is it called the Sliced Avo Mexicali then lol. But i sure payed for the avacado! This is what i got! Lesson learned

Sandwich bread was was good, bread was fresh... but they hardly put any meat on my sandwich. Literally just a few pieces of steak. Couldn't taste anything... just threw it away after a few bites. Best thing in my combo was the chips...

My husband and I came late on a Saturday night and our service was awful. There was a guy with blonde hair and our veggies were falling out of our sandwiches onto the counter and he stuffed them back into the sandwiches. We got home and our subs were a mess, with everything coming out! Never going back to this place!
