Avoid drive-thru. This is the first time I ever give a negative review. Saturday night 11: 30pm I ordered three 5 layer burritos and they were really 2-1/2 layers. The one taco supreme would have been ok if the shelf wasn’t stale. It made the 10 minute drive home and didn’t fall apart when I bit into it. Please do better.

Drive-thru for me and they did great. Food was overall good. I didn't really like the Cantina Crunchy taco. Maybe next time. But the staff was great, quick, efficient and friendly. Definitely made the experience better. Order was right, and that's ALWAYS what I'm looking for.

Im here from Long Beach, CA. My mother in law had to be taken to the Kaiser just on the opposite side of the freeway. While my wife and her were with the doctor I decided to look up Taco Bell and placed an online app order. I ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme with No tomatoes, a crunchy taco and a mango iced tea. I had tomatoes on the Crunch Wrap. No tomatoes was stated on the receipt. Everything else was fine.

I just paid $23.99 for a Party Pack (12 beef crunchy tacos). The shells are stale. I'm afraid to try one of the burritos I purchased as well.

I ordered the new deluxe box that comes with 2 taco, asked and paid extra to make all of the tacos supreme, first the tacos are not supreme, and you can tell the tacos are old and we're just sitting there because when I took mine out of the wrapper the bottom of them were so soggy that the tacos completely fell apart and to be honest this is almost always how their tacos are...for the price being charged now this should not happen. I did not even eat them which is so upsetting. To me this is employees being lazy getting the food ready before orders are made to save time. This box also came with cinnamon twists that were so stale I didn't eat these either. Like I said, for the price charged now a days at least make sure the food is FRESH. I will not be going back to this taco bell any time soon.

I went here at 7:00 am today, ordered nachos and the double cheese burrito and ever since I got food poisoning. Also the woman made me wait in the front and didn’t come to the drivers side, instead she came to the passenger side side and handed me my food

Very irresponsible and rude brown haired lady at the drive through on Dec 6, around 8:50 PM; my mother asked if there was Diablo sauce in the bag, worker said "yes" and we left. When we get back there was no sauce. There is no reason in lying and giving bad customer service :( Thank you
