This is my first time here (in Baldwin Park store). I got the Teriyaki Burger (I haven't eaten it yet as I had to get dinner for my fiance and her mom too. But I also got their onion rings and while they are NOT beer batter they were very good. They have a panco covering and good flavor. I look forward to eating the Teriyaki burger this afternoon. The store was clean and the patio too. The service was fast, friendly and helpful. I will be coming back to this store again...soon. ;)

They’re supposed to be closed at 10:30 on fridays I arrived at 10:20 they decided to take the order of the vehicle infront of me and left me waiting in the drive through then let me know once it became 10:32 that they’re closed and shut the window on me

That manager with the stick up her southern entrance is driving customers away with her presence. Nobody wants to spend $18 on a burger especially when management is giving the worst attitude for no reason. You cant ask for condiments without getting an eyeroll as if its your fault they didn't restock. When asking for the bathroom code she rolled her eyes as if she was trying to keep it closed off. Is it for customers or not? Lol better off spending your money somewhere friendlier.

I finally went and got the char-burger with cheese, it was less than ok. It was $1.50 more than the double single that I get down the street and in no way better. It is as if they use frozen patties. It was tasteless, I had to use my own barbecue sauce at home because they charge you extra 60 cents for sauce. The drive-through took as long as the other place even though there was only one car ahead of me. I wonder if dining inside would be better. Parking was adequate.

I previously liked the portobello mushroom burger, but this location changed that. I waited a couple of minutes in line, so I thought the burger would be fresh. It wasn't. Mushroom was weird and squishy like texture. The burger in total had no flavor. It was cold and cost me about 10 bucks for just the burger. I wouldn't eat here again. 😕
