Wouldn't go back there after the last experience. Store refuses to honor their own stamp cards, stating it cancelled them earlier in the year. So much for customer service and integrity with this business.

HIGHLY disappointed with Tony’s Donut House located here in BP! DONT COME HERE! Beware! Yesterday I came to buy through drive thru. I was told the price $10.36, I handed them the card and I was WRONGFULLY charged $110.23. The employee spent 10 minutes figuring out how to refund me and was unable too. Told me to come back in the morning. No one else was available. The manager today spend 25 minutes on the phone because she didn’t know how to refund me back. Shameful. Wasted my time and still charged me for the items after she issued a full refund. DID NOT OFFER ANY FREE ITEM FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I told her I will NOT be coming back. I’m warning others to check your receipts when coming here. If they charge you wrong, good luck getting a refund.
To add: I’m out of $110 until the 4-7 business days when I get refunded back

Every week I visit this places To buy a natural orange juice Two weeks I ago as usual I go for my juice I pay in cash and they give me the wrong Change the next week I go for my juice I pay in cash and They charge me as it has been paid by card,because with card they charge you an extra then I asked to talk to the manager and she tells me that she is the manager and she was not going to return my money.I would like To know if the owner of the place could talk to the manager..

The server has the worst attitude to customers and has no customer relations skills. Disrespectful to customers' requests, and will deny service just because she can. Requested to talk to the manager, she stated she was management. She makes fun of you when she sends you away and refuses to serve you. Your work ethics will only hurt your business.

Nice donut shop despite the competition in Baldwin Park, they do good business. Two Asian ladies are very friendly and remember my order. Medium coffee which is a good quality.

The best donuts shop in town. Love their donuts and drinks. Honey green tea is my favorite now.
Got me a small coffee, chocolate chip muffin. I purposely bought the regular (house) coffee so I can savor the muffin. The lady was nice to warm it up for me. Gooey chocolate chip and the moistest chocolate muffin I have ever had. Not too sweet it hit the right spot. I also got the Candy Bacon D’Crave to go.

They have the best breakfast sandwiches from a donut shop that I’ve ever had! I came through from a car meet happening at the parking lot. I normally just get coffee but this place had me eating rainbow sprinkled donuts and a bacon and egg sandwich.
I got their sandwich on a croissant, and was highly impressed by the gourmet quality. You can customize what veggies are added. You can build any kind of sandwich you want. Came with a pickle and a couple of hot peppers ?
It was $14 for the sandwich but everything else is reasonably priced at just a few dollars. They have a nice variety of coffees and juices and bottled drinks. Add boba to any tea or iced coffee!
