The service by Nataly S was absolutely horrible. She is extremely rude and won't acknowledge the customers at all. She throws the items on the counter when it's ready and is very disrespectful. Seems like she does not want to be working there and frankly customers would be more happy if she wasn't.

No recomiendo para NADA este establecimiento es una burla las porciones que dan de pollo y carne!! literalmente me dieron 3 pedacitos de pollo y 3 pedazos de carne! te llenan el plato de arroz y literalmente es lo que te están vendiendo. vayan listo para comprar 2 platos si tienen hambre. porque un bowl regular tiene menos carne y pollo que el mini bowl de otras locaciones.

Ordered 2 bowls to be delivered through door dash. We ordered extra Waba sauce & paid extra for sauce for the pot stickers. No extra sauce included. No pot sticker sauce we paid for. It's only 90 cents but we pay these extra delivery fees & tip the driver etc, & they get the order wrong. We don't do delivery often but it seems like EVERY time we do, the order is wrong or they forget part of it. Apparently it's too difficult to just double the order to make sure it's correct. We call to get it fixed & we get sent around & around with an answering service & ultimately the restaurant says it's not their fault & door dash says it's not their fault either. Very disappointed I have to baby sit these people that are supposed to be professional & at the end of it I still don't get my order completed. Last time I'll be using door dash & Probly won't go to this Waba since they can't even get a simple order correct & then say it's not their fault.

Besides being ripped off for one item on my Uber Eats delivery, the portions were very small. Mostly rice. The bowls are over $10.00 now and they are only half full. Uber Eats was no help in getting my refund for the one missing chicken bowl. I am very disappointed in this business. It used to be really good with excellent service. Not anymore. They are a rip off.

I stopped coming here soon after they first opened because their portions with bowls is laughable. You'd be lucky if they fill half of the bowl container with food.Majority is rice and a small amount of protein. If I want Waba Grill I go to the one on Maine (plaza with Bank of America & Chase) because there they at least fill the bowl how you expect it to be for the price.Ownership has been running this into the grown off launch.Good location with a nice interior design, but the portions and staff leave so much to be desired it just has to fall on ownership to stop being cheap or they bit off more than they can chew.
