Best customer service from this specific spot in Walmart in Baldwin Park. Food is always fresh and drinks are good as well. Highly recommend this place and definitely will not disappoint you.

I was in line for about 10 minutes and nobody ever answer me or asked me if I wanted anything I guess they took forever with three customers so at the end I thought I was being ignored so I just left and did not buy anything and I really wanted the mini hotdogs or the jalapeño pretzel but it’s OK it’s not the employee it’s it’s Management not my favorite place anymore

Went there to buy a plain pretzel that I was craving and they didn't have any. But yet they were making tray after tray of pepperoni pretzels. And I would have to wait 20 minutes to get a plain pretzel.

Let me tell you. This is the best Wetzel's Pretzels location I've encountered. Better than the malls' locations! Every time I order my cinnabitez here they come out as soft and squishy as a cloud or something that's really soft and squishy. The customer service is awesome on top of it all! But honestly, those cinnabitez have me ordering them whenever I come to the Walmart they're located in. I don't know how they do it folks. But those are some delicious, doughy little bites. Get them please. You won't regret it.

Tried to find an open Wetzels last night. This one was the only one open. Apparently they close at 9:30pm got a pretzel and cheese for my daughter. No curbside service.

Taking a bite of my cin-a-bitz brings me back to my high school days when I would spend my time at the mall. I was impressed with the level of covid safety precautions this location and their staff were taking. Everyone was wearing face masks, gloves, and hairnets. They even handled the pretzels with tongs. It made me feel really safe against covid. My cin-a-bitz was a little under. More chewy than I expected. Original lemonade deliciously refreshing as always. Wife got her dog bites with cheese. Her dog bites were a little under as well. Service was great, I was greeted with a smile and they happily took my order. The place was pretty clean, I didn't notice anything out of order. If there was anything interesting with this wetzel's pretzel is that it's not in the mall-- it's located inside a Walmart. I will be coming back the next time I get a craving.

They didn't say they had syrup and certain things for our order and gave it to us like that. I couldn't enjoy the things I wanted eat.

I was quite disappointed that although I ordered a large soft drink and was waiting for my cheesy bites to be made, during that time I had drank about more than half my drink when I asked the lady who attended me if I could get a refill she said I'd have to pay for a new drink. I understand if I had to pay maybe $0.50-$1.00 for a refill but to buy a whole new drink, that was unbelievable.

So I'm craving some pizza pretzel bites, I decided to go get some. I waited a decent amount of time because there was a few people in line, but by the time I got what I went there for the bites were stale and hard. They weren't even warm, I think that's not right for the customer.
