Worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food joint. The guy that took my order repeated my order back to me on phone and clearly told all my orders came with fries . When we got there , they said my orders of 3 10 piece orders and a 5 piece strips was $80 and if I wanted to add fries it would be $100 . I have been to this location twice and both times they got my order wrong. When I contacted the manager they were trying to refuse correcting my order. I ate none of the wings and had not even left the parking lot. Manager told me to go to another wingstop from now on. There phone has so much background noise they cannot even hear what you are ordering. I have contacted corporate. Worst treatment I have ever had at fast food and I am 55 years old. Deceptive social media marketing promotion. No manager assistance! This should be simple grammar & math ( Ratio 5:1 ) If this is a scenario on a Math test question for elementary, kids will get all answers wrong since what your company really mean is any size order/quantity! Btw this ad also explicitly states that you can just purchase a wing( singular) when in reality that’s not true as I was informed a minimum of 5!
