I have been to just about every winery in the state of California,from the expensive to the small mom and pop and each has its own special way of making the customer feel at home. Hickman Family Vineyard is a small Vineyard but with a truly big love for their guests and it shows from the moment you step into the wine tasting room. Tod the owner goes out of his way to greet each guest as they arrive and is available for questions anytime. There is also a kids play area and camping if you enjoyed the wine a little to much. Don't miss this gem.

Went to do wine tasting and stayed at the vineyards to camp (you can reserve through HipCamp). I'm not a huge wine taster but my wife enjoyed the afternoon doing just that. I did however taste a few different flavors of moonshine, delicious! The camping there was great other than one thing; the tent area isn't very flat. Bathrooms, playground for children, and animals for the kids to enjoy makes it a very easy place to go back to some day. 10/10 would recommend!

The owners are great, fun people. The winery has a great vibe and a fantastic outdoor space overlooking the foothills. There's even a playground for kids. I wasn't there for wine tasting, but will definitely go back!

This Vinyard was absolutely beautiful. The peoprietors were extremely friendly and covid conscious. We were greeted with a chardonnay followed by a fantastic tasting flight of reds. They took us inside to see their fermentation process as we sampled their house grapa. After we took a walk of the grounds, we left with 2 bottles of wine and a grapa.
