“honestly one of the nicest winery experiences we've had in teh area. we were the last to leave the tasting room and the staff just talekd with us about the grapes for like twenty minutes after closing that actually made my day. the petit sirah was great but i thought the zinfandel was a bit thinner than what i usually like next time i hope they have a bigger pour on that one. pretty spot out their and the views were better tehre than some i've seen down in paso robles too”

“Simply ambrosia! It’s true, in this case, that the best things come in small packages. Place only seats 12. Two other families were seated with us and it was so wonderfully cozy and the food was even more wonderful. The staff was lovely and so personable. A most heavenly experience indeed. 🥰”

For a smaller community 6th floor steak house it would rank at the highest level for service, food quality and atmosphere. I highly recommend making a visit to Safire and relax and enjoy. the prices are fair for the service and quality you receive, and If you want to attend and stay affordable, get the sapphire burger! Wagu beef cooked to perfection for $25 (5 more dollars than cheap dinners). But if you want to spend the money the cowboy ribeye or the porterhouse are truly amazing!.”
