It's a nice spacious place to stop for a quick bite and drinks. I enjoy coming here when I do pass by. It is very convenient for Boba, and the parking space helps. Their dumplings and dimsums are great too for lunch.
I enjoy going to this boba place. Always great service and friendly staff. I enjoy the variety of drinks they offer and the food options included in their menu. Definitely a great spot.

I love T4! My kids love it too! I love the new drinks they invent, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter loves the shumai and Shanghai Xiao long baos. I've tried a variety of drinks but I will have to say my fave is the snow globe tea. Bento boxes are also very good.
