I am from San jose, CA, and I grew up to Shakeys pizza they used to be located on story and king on the east side of San Jose. I am married and with kids, and my wife and kids love this place. Every now and then, we drive from Fremont, where we live to Oroville just to eat here, and it's so worth it. When we go to L.A., we also eat at Shakeys.Shakeys management, please bring back a pizza restaurant to the Bay Area! ??

Shakey's has the best old school tavern style pizza joint. With their heavy tankard beer mugs to their fresh baked pizza and crispy fried mojos, it's truly an enjoyable experience. Oftentimes they have live music on some weeknights which is also a lot of fun! Staff is nice and quick! The garlic chicken, Hawaiian, and supreme pizza are really delicious. Great value and great pizza!
