The waitres was total rude we order same items in Spanish even when she is Hispanic she did not speak at all. In Spanish... even she been rude we left her a 35% tips to let her know that she need to treat everybody same
Food is a little expensive. Drinks cost more than expected. Food was ok, but I've had worse in better places.

Honestly, IHOP has been going down hill for a while. It took like 20 minutes for us to get our food, but we were the only people in the restaurant! No joke, it was dead empty as per usual, it shouldn't have taken 20 minutes for a 2 top table.

My guest and I went to eat today. And woman appearing to be an manager said a 15min wait. Personally, I seen no less than 5 tables. Why wouldn't I be offered a table and drink service? Personally, from my experience eating at IHOP restaurants, this location has always had issues.
