Clean , quiet, however Took way too long to be greeted and seated. I didn't see a server for a while. And the place was nearly empty. The server was not that welcoming. it seemed as if she didn't want to be there. My food was overcooked like it was reheated in the microwave.

My kids loved the blueberry pancakes, Oreo waffle combo, and happy face kids meal. The hashbrowns were a 10/10. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and sufficiently salted. The scrambled eggs were a 3/10. They were rubbery and lackluster. The biscuits were a 4/10. They were thick and doughy and not light and layered. The sirloin tips and eggs were good. I just wish the meat wasn't sweet. My daughter loved the Oreo waffle, but she said there wasn't enough Oreo. The service was good.
Wow just wow could not be worse. Placed my to go order at 1123 waited in store since 1130...didn't get my to go order until 1210. Asked 4 different workers to check and only 1 actually gave me an update with a time(even if it was way off). Food quality is pretty bad. Overcooked and undercooked at the same time how do you even do that? Missing syrup because you know we all eat pancakes without syrup at the International House of Pancakes. Missing white toast in a meal with 3 items...toast eggs and bacon... But you know why care about attention to detail. Will never be returning. Do not visit this establishment unless you want terrible quality and terrible food on a consistent basis. Even the bacon looks gross and undercooked.

I came to buy hot water and use the restroom and they didn’t let me use the restroom and didn’t want to sell me hot water so stupid. I’m a shift leader at a restaurant and don’t give this kind of service and never deny the the service to no one so unprofessional I don’t recommend this place . Went to jack in the box and 100% better service . Don’t go to IHOP so rude
