2 stars because as travellers,and not familiar with area, will not stop again because of concerns for saftey. 1) you need a code to use the bathrooms that are inside the building 2) homeless scavenging dumpsters 3) parking not convenient to the sidewalk and entrance

The service was subpar. The food, steak tidbits & eggs and egg white omelets. The table was not prebussed. The bill was not brought to our table. The manager and server were talking so I asked hostess. When server came, I handed her 20% tip (cash) gave her money for bill. After waiting, I looked up to see server and manager, (asst)? talking and laughing. She finally came back with my change and receipt. Very unfortunate experience, especially because the food was absolutely delicious.

My kids and I went to the Banning Ihop for the 1st time. There was absolutely no one in there. No patrons. 1 employee. An empty kitchen. The employee seemed annoyed that we walked in and reminded us they closed in 70 minutes. He rushed us to place our order and apparently he made the food too. 2 very small plates ( for my 2 kids) and I just ordered a side of onion rings. Drinks for the 3 of us. $60. Not worth it at all in my opinion. Will not be returning there.

Main entrance to the building was not well thought. My pancakes were burnt. Not crispy, Burnt.
My complaint is about the crepe combo. The eggs, hash browns and bacon were cooked properly. The Crepe was not prepared correctly. The Crepe was supposed to be rolled stuffed with cream cheese, topped with strawberries and drizzled with chocolate. But it was folded into a triangle and the cream cheese and strawberries were on the side. The container that was supposed to be chocolate was some kind of red sauce. It looked nothing like the picture, I didn't even eat it! Needless to say this was the last visit! Very disappointed, you need a new cook!
