Got off a double shift also in customer service at 1 o’clock in the morning ordered a jumbo jack combo only to get home one city away and realize I got a double stack chicken sandwich. I overheard her in the drive-through talking to the cook saying “that’s a double stack? Ugh just give it to me anyway!” but I didn’t realize what was happening or what she was talking about until I got home. She purposely gave me the wrong food knowing that’s not what I ordered. I ordered a hamburger not a chicken sandwich. Makes sense now why she behaved with poor customer service. People with allergies beware clearly they do not care about what you actually order or pay for.
I drove back.. yes at 1am after working all day and night and had to sit in the drive-through again and had to re-order my correct food and told her that she purposely gave me the wrong food and I heard her! She hid when I got to the window. lol. Younger girl was very sweet but doesn’t change what happened. Unfortunately!
Only stopped for the bathroom. Was glad to see it was working. @jackinthebox you are a life saver

Only 2 fountain drink options. No marinara sauce. Wasn't told about that until after getting cheese sticks. Then waited 10 min for a refund. The food wasn't good. Burger was dry and burnt. Very little sauce on burger.
