This has got to be the worse customer service KFC of all. I ordered a bucket of chicken and two pot pies. I waited 35 minutes before I tried to pick it up. Even though it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I was then told nothing was ready. They had no pot pies and it would take 30 minutes to be ready. we got ourselves a 14 pc meal. which comes with biscuits. the biscuits were still dough partially cooked. you could pull the biscuit apart and it was like Laffy taffy.. very disgusting. also this particular location makes you pull forward in their drive thru so that their DT timer isn't too high, and when they finally walk out to give you your food it's partially missing or completely wrong.
