The Beef Taquitos were the best I had in a long time. They were fresh and a good portion. The drive thru took some time but good food and fast food are two different animals. I wish they had better curb appeal because I think people judge them before they even get a chance.
It was a Wednesday and on their banner it displays 0.75 tacos. The weren't going to honor it. Got the food and you could tell they gave out rice from the bottom of the pot, the beans weren't seasoned. I've been here a few times but this experience definitely wasn't the best.
This is a small old school joint that serves up some very good Mexican and has great prices. The place itself is not flashy or fancy but more like a hole in the wall local place we found on a trip back from Indio. I had the menudo which was delicious and we also irdered the 2 asada burrito plate with rice and beans. The portions were huge and the burritos were full size made of carne asada, pico and guacamole, simple and they were ridiculous good. I would have given a 5 star but...
