Great little restaurant! It really feels like you're being cooked a home meal. The portions are great as are the unique tastes. At times there seems like a lot of clutter inside or it is maybe not as fancy as other restaurants but if you can look past this then you're in for a tasty family/home-cooked type meal. Great place!
I love places that put their emphasis on the food. I don't care about cloth napkins. Or tablecloths. I love this place. The food was good.

I think this place has gone down, sadly the restaurant appearance when you walk in there is a clutter of household items everywhere where it seems like you could trip(a one person trampoline) I’m thinking it is a trip hazard or fire hazard at this point. My food was missing so much the flavor and the appearance. My pad Thai tasted like it was cooked on a Burnt or charred pot, no peanuts and no flavor, it was missing so much I wasn’t even offered spice level or the spice rack. I could have gotten a better meal at jack in the box honestly, the gentleman who serves was very sweet but I must say I’m disappointed .

I had the Tom Kah Gai coconut soup with chicken and it was amazing. Rich in flavor. The owners are the best.
Parking: More than enough parking. This place is a gem. I'll be back asap.

They have a parking lot, restroom and spectacular host. When you walk in, you feel like you’re visiting family / friends and will be eating in their home. The owner is the friendliest and I loved seeing him talk about health and care with passion. The food was phenomenal; fresh and authentic. Really surprised to see why there wasn’t a lot of people in here. I will be returning for sure.
Food was very good. Owner is so nice and accommodating. Will return.

Delicious, healthy vegan Thai food options! This place serves meat also, but the couple that owns the place understand vegan needs and accommodate your requests! A big menu including some Chinese dishes as well, and almost anything can be made vegan. We had orange tofu and panang tofu curry and Thai tea with almond milk. Yum! Recommended if you are driving through the area.

Papaya Bay is a small, family-owned Thai Restaurant in Banning, California. We came to this place on our way back to home from Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. The inside of this place was clean as well as nicely decorated with various artifacts and decorations. The menus were lovely, well-constructed and detailed with good pictures and food descriptions. We ordered Chicken Sauté, Green Curry, and Drunken Noodles. Our food came shortly. The food was fresh and delicious. Their food is different from other Thai Restaurants which will give people more like a “Homemade Thai food” vibe. The price was reasonable. The owner of this place was so nice, humble, and friendly. Overall, this is a cozy, old school Thai place.

This is my go-to place for Thai food. I've tried many entrees and they have all been delicious. It is a nice little mom and pop business with plenty of delicious options.
This place is SO good, Michael and Jane were very hospitable. The decor was all over place, seems like both a store and restaurant, but if you like good Thai food this is the spot. The Thai green tea was amazing, we also had the Tom cah gai soup, the shrimp fresh rolls and the green curry. Everything was excellent. Highly suggest eating here!
