Last time I checked feeding community cats on private property is not a federal crime 🤣. While I know it’s private property and you’re allowed to set your rules don’t lie about it. The sign should say I’m heartless and don’t believe in compassion towards animals so don’t feed them.
Posting signs on your property that say “Federal Law Prohibits releasing or feeding feral cats” IS A BLATANT LIE and disgusting!!!
There are zero FEDERAL laws that prohibit feeding or releasing feral cats. 
Shame on you and your cruelty Barstow Station!
