“I like Foster Freeze, no serious complaints but there REALLY NEEDS to be a standard for the amount of fixings added to a twister. Ive gotten a medium Reese’s twister almost every day this past month and sometimes it’s a good amount, sometimes (very few) it’s a lot and then sometimes it’s like they forgot to put some in. I mean I pay almost $8 for this I should get a standard amount each time!”

“I didn't see anything about food but the bartender was very friendly. That is always nice going to place for first time. They had a live band playing. They played well and it was like folk music. Just one of my favorites to listen to.the beer was cold and drinks were poured wonderful! If you like the game of pool, then you will be happy here. 2 tables that are level . The bad would be area. The surrounding buildings were borded up which didn't bother me but might others. There was a guy who wanted to use my phone. That seemed weird with his story. Something about buying a Ferrari! Lol . When leaving we had wonderful views of police cars with spotlights shining across street. They were looking for someone and we didn't want to meet him so left fast lol”

“This is a locals bar that was very friendly. We stumbled on The 86ers on Thanksgiving Day and there was a good crowd. They had a nice Thanksgiving dinner set up for everyone that was free. I felt that the drinks were a little pricey but what isn’t these days. We struck up a conversation with a couple of locals and we laughed for hours. We had a great time. If were ever back in Barstow overnight we will definitely go there again.”

I was only disappointed seeing frozen patties going into some kind of conveyor and coming out the other end (after being handled by a lady wearing those cheap plastic gloves) having touched everything within her station that wasn’t necessarily clean😔”

However, when I went today , Savanna was so amazing that I felt inclined to write this review today. She was very polite and kind, tried to upsell me and anticipated my needs. Truly a breath of fresh air compared to the other cashiers. She deserves a raise. Please hire more people like savanna. She really makes the difference.”

“This place can be swamped and the staff is sometimes overwhelmed. I imagine that it's the same for all the fast food in the area. It takes a while to get your food (that's reasonable for good quality, but when they are busy it can be ridiculous). The inside is fine, but the concrete parking slabs all around this collection of fast food restaurants make this an unattractive place to stop.”

“I had an outstanding experience and wanted to recognize Danica and the entire team for their incredible work. The restaurant was extremely busy, with at least 20 people in line, yet Danica remained calm, composed, and highly efficient throughout it all. She seamlessly managed multiple responsibilities serving customers, keeping the refill stations stocked, and directing other employees without missing a beat.

Her leadership and professionalism truly stood out. It’s not easy to maintain that level of poise and organization under pressure, but she handled it effortlessly and created a positive experience for everyone in line.

The rest of the staff also did a fantastic job working together and keeping things moving smoothly. It’s clear this team is dedicated and well coordinated.

My Ice Mocha was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced — not too bitter, not too sweet. The crema had that golden finish every coffee fan looks for. “We have been coming since they opened. We are very impressed. At first we thought it was fast food no big deal. But we love it, we've had most of our birthday parties there. We usually sit right in the front at the surfboard shaped table, that seats eight. Every server we've had has taken the best care of us. Now when we go we belly up to the bar. last night we went and our bartender's name was Angel. What a sweetheart She took the best care of us! We have over 4,000 points and not a clue on how to use them lol. She helped us last nigh and our meal was almost free! Besides it being consistently delicious they are fast and the food is always piping hot! Johnny got the regular ground beef tacos and I got my all-time favorite birria tacos with consomme!!”
