Panda Express in Barstow

“I've read some of the recent reviews but we have never had those experiences. We come to this Panda Express every 2 weeks, and every time the food and service have been great!

Tonight, Ana served our food and Leilani checked us out. Both were friendly, kind, and joking with us as we went through the line.

The food was hot and fresh. My go-to order is a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. I always feel like I'm getting plenty of food. In fact, I often can't finish the whole thing.

When we roll in, it's usually between 8 and 930 pm, and even if the store is dead (it rarely is) the staff are so kind. We never feel like they just want us to get out of there. Once they even made a fresh batch of orange chicken for me because they had run out. I obviously can't speak to the other recent negative reviews, but we always enjoy coming here. Give it a shot! “Customer service here is always terrible and they always forget my soy sauce,among other items. I still return because the food is always fresh. However, when I went today , Savanna was so amazing that I felt inclined to write this review today. She was very polite and kind, tried to upsell me and anticipated my needs. Truly a breath of fresh air compared to the other cashiers. She deserves a raise. Please hire more people like savanna. She really makes the difference.“
