“The guy working November 30 at 9:20 PM was a Hell of an employee.He was working fast washing his hands between money exchanges. It was really working his butt off. Good manners and polite. I just wanted to say it. I normally don’t leave reviews on my way to San Diego and wanted to recognize him.“

“Yes the sandwich was good, but my review is on Andrew, the employee. My experience yesterday at this subway on my way to Vegas from Orange county was amazing because of him. It was super busy during my stop and it was him and 1 more employee working the shift. Customer in front of me was confused about what he ordered and spoke very low. Long story short, he caused a delay for the rest of us in line. Andrew was calm and composed through it all and made sure to keep the rest of us attended. The biggest reason for my review is he then goes to support his coworker to fix the issue with the order in front of us. As if that wasn't enough, once they were done helping the man in front of us he stops to give his coworker words of encouragement. Awesome experience to witness. The other employee rang us up and politely apologized to us for the delay. I can tell she is a new employee and let her know she didn't have apologize. Things will be second nature to her soon and that won't be the last difficult customer she will have to serve. And having a supportive coworker like Andrew will go a long way. I will definitely be making more stops at this subway on all my trips from southern Cali to Vegas now??“

“10 out of 10, used the online app to take advantage of the BOGO and ordered it in advance. Our order was ready, correct and nice and hot when we picked it up. Highly recommend.

“Please please please don’t close during business hours. I plan my route around your store being open. I’m on a extremely tight schedule. I’m in a truck I can just run around to another location . When you’re closed when you’re supposed to be open I don’t get to eat. Subway you should have truckstop staff cross train to cover lunch breaks and when they’re in the back doing prep work or whatever reason they’re closed for. I’ve seen other trucks stops do that. Normally I get friendly service and good sandwiches. Thank you“

“1-20-22The two gentleman working were kind and courteous. I have never had someone actually care how the sandwich looked, until today. The person making my sandwich carefully layered each item and actually cut the tomatoes in half for me when I said light tomatoes (without asking). I was very wish washy with what toppings I wanted and yet he was very patient. If I’m ever back through and wanting subway I will be looking for the same guy!“
