“It is incredible that almost every day at 4 am the system is down and this jack in the box location is unable to take orders, and it's even crazier that when you drive through the drive thru window you can see the computer and it seems to be working ok. It is ashamed that after patrolling Barstow for 16 hours the employees are so lazy that when you approach the drive thru window in flash you hear the system is down at 4 am 6 our of 7 days a week. After I posted this review I was contacted by the manager and she was apologetic and she stated that she will talk to her employees about the situation. I can't remember your name, but thank you for contacting me, and moreover thank you for taking care of the problem.“
“All the employees are very nice and the food is always fresh.Parking: Plenty of space even for RV's. There's also a dirt lot next door that trucks can park at for easy access to Jack in the box.Wheelchair accessibility: There is disability parking in front and a ramp.“
“Food was ok but everytime i get a breakfast sandwich the eggs are just a little under cookedbto where sometimes you can see the yellow from the yolk but its not runny. It's just right there. Another 2min they would be perfect. Also one of the main reasons i don't like this location is going thru the drive thru you have to yell and they never fully here what your saying so you always have to repeat it most of the time. Overall it's ok better when you go inside and eat.“
