The food tasted ok. There's a lot of dead/ stuffed animals all over the restaurant, it's a bit much. Our hostess was incredible, very sweet and funny. The bathroom was clean! It's a spacious restaurant as well.
Stopped by here on our drive home from Vegas. Service was quick and efficient Tried the chile verde, asada burrito and pollo asada. Chili verde: 8 out of 10 Burrito: 8 out of 10 Pollo asada: 6 out of 10 (too many bones) Rice and beans: 8 out of 10 Salsa: 7 out of 10 I wouldn't drive out of my way for this place but, would totally stop here again on my journey from Vegas. Pricing is a bit steep for the Barstow area.

Casa Jimenez Mexican food is an exceptional restaurant that I highly recommend. The staff at Casa Jimenez is incredibly attentive and provides excellent service. They are knowledgeable about the menu and are always ready to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The coffee was amazing and the Chilaquiles are delicious and I enjoyed the spicy flavor. The attentive staff at Casa Jimenez adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the already delicious Mexican food they serve.
