“I had a carnitas burrito with red chile sauce and it was to die for. 10/10 My kid ordered their Philly cheesesteak and was equally impressed. Friendly and fast service. Clean and comfortable seating. We were just passing through but will definitely stop in again next time we find ourselves in Barstow.“

“This place was absolutely amazing! I had the cowboy burger, the chili I got extra to take home with me it was so good! This is definitely my new favorite spot to eat! The waitress was very enjoyable, she made me feel like she knew me! Awesome atmosphere too. I definitely recommend this restaurant it is amazing, thank you Pit Stop for giving Barstow another nice place to eat!👍👍😘“

“We were driving through Barstow on Labor Day, and googled a breakfast place, and Roy's Cafe was the #2 choice listed after Black Bear Diner, which we knew would be packed, so we chose Roy's Cafe. It's not far off the freeway, and though it looked boarded up, and unassuming, it was open for business and we were immediately warmly greeted, seated, by Bernardo, the cook, and had coffee right away. The menu choices were perfect for each one of us.
Egg white veggie omelet, no cheese, with rice and beans, corn torts for my husband, chorizo and eggs with fresh jalapenos, rice and beans for me, and sausage and eggs with pancakes for our son. So delicious, and our server, Bianca was awesome. She was attentive, didn't mind all my questions, and offered us some homemade salsa that was also delicious 😋
We were quite pleased with the entire meal, and experience. Apparently, there's a lot of Route 66 history in this Diner, and we could tell by all the regular customers enjoying as well.

“Nice place to sit and eat. Fully functional bathrooms and parking. I had 2 Fish tacos plates with drinks and a shrimp cocktail. It was 45$ which about average. They have a salsa bar n u can make ur own drinks. It’s a nice place and a good option if you’re shopping at the outlets. The girl that helped me was kind and helpful.“

“We had to make a stop for a quick bite around Barstow and we happened to see good reviews about this place on Google and decided to try it. We had the place to ourselves like a little date . The girl at the cashier counter was very courteous and patient with us while we decided on What to order. The pizzas were made fresh right in front of us. All together we had a good time.“

“This was a surprisingly pleasant experience to our palates!Me and my fiancee had a brief debate deciding between Dennys and Ihop and in my past experiences Ihop has always been superior in pancakes so she caved in and we decided on Ihop here in Lenwood!Once again everything was delicious and there wasn’t a bite left on my plate to take for leftovers is my only complaint lol!We came right after the rush for lunch and was given time to make our selections!You have to try the pancakes with the real cheesecake pieces!A recommended choice for breakfast lunch or dinner to share in a friendly comfy environment away from home!“
