Conveniently located near the 15 fwy off the Lenwood Rd exit by the Arco gas station with drive-thru. I was on a road trip and was craving a shake, so I stopped here.I actually had a great experience at this location. I ordered a strawberry shake and it was delicious, very satisfying on this hot day.Shout out to Rosa, she was very friendly and efficient. Quite a few customers walked in at the same time making the place suddenly super busy, but Rosa and her female peer handled the rush very well.

Very rude service was terrible very argumental towards Customer throwing my change on counter my order was not right Pls don't go unless you ready to be confronted by rude staff working there !!!Terrible Service !!!!

Horrible service. The guy filling the orders got mine wrong. When I pointed it out he dumped the incorrect flavor back in the tub, scooped up the correct flavor, slapped it on the counter and walked away without a single word. The ice cream was delicious but I regret spending my money here.

At this Barstow location a banana split is priced at $6.49 and comes with your choice of 3 scoops of ice cream, 3 toppings, nuts and whipped cream. A 3 scoop sundae is essentially the same thing as a banana split minus the banana, as confirmed by the employee who was taking my order ( still your choice of 3 scoops of ice cream, toppings, and so on) however a 3 scoop sundae is more expensive at $7.99. Needless to say I decided to buy the banana split (duh! that's a no brainer) and was told by the same employee that because they had no bananas left I would have to order the 3 scoop sundae instead and pay the higher $7.99 price. What kind of sense does this make? You want ME to pay $1.50 MORE because your out of bananas??? The easier thing to do would just make me a banana-less split, charge me the $6.49 banana split price and call it a day... but when I suggested this to the employee you could tell that this was just too much for him to comprehend by the confused look on his face so I simply walked out.
