Best tortillas! You gotta try everything. Quesadillas were legit! Shrimp tacos were so good too. Must stop and try off in the area!!

It’s about the journey not the destination, and in this case the destination was The Original Del Taco location. With The Original Del Taco being defunct in a food-sense but thriving in a niche-disaster-tourism-sense we knew we only needed to compensate for the food portion. On that part of the journey, we stumbled upon Chela’s y Carnitas and Rainbow Deserts. Great fish, shrimp, and pastor tacos with overflowing asada fries. To top it off, the flan comes served in a cup perfectly sized for taking it on the road.

This is seriously some of the best Mexican food. I travel a lot between Vegas and California and always looking for a good Mexican restaurant in between. Well I finally found one.Came again and same great quality, there should be a line out the door, this place is just that good.

Absolutely amazing! Fantastic Chile Riano! Rice and beans were perfect and they make their own tortillas. Amongst other scratch med goodies! I ordered a bunch of extra food to take on the road with me also …so I can’t wait to try all of that!
