I rarely write reviews, but I’m feeling sick after eating here tonight. I’ve been coming to this Chipotle a couple of times a month for the past three years, and I usually love it and it’s no different from any other Chipotle location. Lately, though, every online pickup visit has been disappointing in its own way.

The first time, my bag had someone else’s order. When I pointed it out, they insisted it was mine and that I ordered what was in my bag - even though the name didn’t match my receipt. They only stopped defending when I told them I understand you feel this is my order but I am vegetarian and this is a meat bowl and not my name on the label. Once they realized the mistake, the person that made my order seemed annnoyed and just set the other order aside for the correct customer later, which felt unsanitary as I had touched their meal.

On another visit, I noticed my quesadilla was burnt and my chips were missing after I had gotten home.

And tonight, the guacamole seemed rancid - it was slightly gray and had a fishy, off taste. I only ate a little before realizing something tasted off, but now I feel sick. I’m in love with Chipotle’s guac and this was definitely not safe to serve.

I’m done eating here - def save your money with this specific location!

Highly disappointed with this location. My son has gluten allergies, requested the starting staff to change gloves, she gave me a frustrated look and changed her glove, the rest of the staff on the line did not follow the protocol for changing the gloves and they were not friendly about it. Women's Bathroom was out of supplies and needed major cleaning. The rice was under cooked, I paid xtra for chimichurri sauce but she never gave it to me and by the time I realized, I was half done with my bowl and given my experience, I didn't even want to go back and ask for it. Very disappointed with the experience.

No issue with food taste but the portions size was a joke.
I understand this place gets busy but it’s not an excuse to cut in portion size.

The Line was huge so order it online.
Got food 15 minutes later than the promised time.

Restroom was horrible.
Saw one customer complain to the staff about the restroom but no action was taken.

For sure very understaff. They need more help.

Food is decent. Feels it's lacking something. Rice is a bit on the hard side. On the other hand it has 4 stars for quality. They are doing many things right.

not great! lines were super long, but that was understandable. however, the rice was clearly undercooked, and the workers all looked like they didnt want to be there. they kept dripping queso into my bowl while reaching for the sauce for another customer, but since im severely allergic to it (anaphylactic reaction), i had to ask them to remake the bowl. every worker's attitudes were extremely poor, they kept sighing and grumbling the whole time. their portions were fine, but the overall atmosphere, service, and quality of food made it kinda unbearable ☹️☹️
