The staff were not friendly.. no hello as soon as entered.. the order was ready only after 20 min it was placed. We ordered 2 pizzas and one cheese garlic bread.
We were given the wrong garlic bread. One pizza was not good and not up to expectation. The 2nd pizza was good.

Worst dominos pizza I have had. There was no cheese on my pizza, it was very dry, and it was way too unseasoned. It was just like eating plain dough with no salt. The service was slow, they gave us the wrong order with contained meat, we are vegetarians, so this was not ok. The staff had an attitude which we also didn’t like. Overall a 2/10 experience.

Order two sandwiches. They really are stingy with those ingredients and it seems like the sandwiches get more expensive and smaller at the same time and undercooked pizza tasted old as well

Poor service. When I walked right in there, employees immediately said, “welcome”.

I then walked to the pick up counter, and waited for a minute. At that time, there was no customer. All seats were empty. Don’t see anyone in the back busy with something, but I waited.

Then a man came up and he could not u destined my name, so I had to repeat my name 3 times.

Then he went back and said he could not find my order. I then showed him my order info from my phone. He then asked me to say the order #. I said 542. He said 543. I said 542 again, but louder this time.

He finally got my pizzas. What a trip.

Order was supposed to be done by 615, still waiting at 655. No notice. And rude about it

All the workers there were helpful and respectful. The food here is always good.

I love this store they went out there way for me when i got bit by a dog and got me bandages so i aint got nothing to say bad bout this store

This is really crazy. This is the second time that they done this. They had to cancel my order because they didn’t have change for me when I went and paid, which was only $60 in change

When I first started coming here I would get my order in like 15 mins. Now my time always goes up 15 mins. If it says they started making my order at 6:02 pm on my tracker and its now 6:36 that means they are lying saying they started it by pushing a button and they haven't. Still in the oven. 😒

The person on the phone was named Jorge and was very rude asked for a manger and he said he's the manager today been waiting over an hr and some change to get my order will not order from this location again

Please stop putting peppers 🌶 and other items in my food that I didn't order. Peppers have a strong smell and make me gag and its a worse when I bite into it

So this is my second time coming to this Dominos and Barstow and they were rude. They did not greet me when I walked in then it took them 10 minutes to say We will be right with you. I ordered the usual order that I always order and that was actually Alfredo sauce, mushroom and olive pizza and jalapeño cheese bread no bacon I don’t eat meat. They still intended to put bacon inside my food. Also left some hair very disgusting and the pizza was just slimy and gooey. I didn’t even complain. I didn’t call or anything. I was just disgusted through everything away wasted of $21.46. I was so delivered I will never go there again. I give them one star if I didn’t have to give stars I wouldn’t give any they’re disgusting. I will never go there again gross
