Domino's Pizza

So this is my second time coming to this Dominos and Barstow and they were rude. They did not greet me when I walked in then it took them 10 minutes to say We will be right with you. I ordered the usual order that I always order and that was actually Alfredo sauce, mushroom and olive pizza and jalapeño cheese bread no bacon I don’t eat meat. They still intended to put bacon inside my food. Also left some hair very disgusting and the pizza was just slimy and gooey. I didn’t even complain. I didn’t call or anything. I was just disgusted through everything away wasted of $21.46. I was so delivered I will never go there again. I give them one star if I didn’t have to give stars I wouldn’t give any they’re disgusting. I will never go there again gross

Manager and team that works the night shift is super weird and rude .After working a 10hr shift I come to pick up my pizzas since on the app they said they were ready turns out when I got there they misplaced the order and only remade one of my pizzas .1Hr and 20 min wait for 2 pizzas is crazy . I thought curbside was just get and go not wait 1Hr and 20 mins and go inside to figure it out how sickening . Manager has no skills they just put anyone upfront .If better training was done this wouldn’t even be a issue

No matter where I go in my travels..I always end up grabbing a pizza from the nearest Domino's. This is the 1st one since I visited the East coast that's anything close to a broklin style...AWESOME JOB DOMINO'S

Called up there for information. Lady on the phone was remedial.

Literally just canceled my delivery so they didn't have to deliver it. And have refused to answer the phone. Been waiting for 20 minutes. They literally had me waiting till they closed so they didn't have to answer.

Absolutely horrible service! They made my pizza incorrect. Managers are super weird. Calling corporate and getting my money back.
No one washed their hands, hair everywhere , calling ops! Floor was insanely filthy. Windows were so filthy you couldn’t see through them sending photos DONT GO HERE!

I have to say, after not ordering pizza from you in a couple of years, I can guarantee you I will NEVER buy food from you again. I ordered a Medium Stuffed Crust Pizza with Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Black Olives and Onions and was charged $39.99 for just the pizza alone. That price is absolutely ridiculous for a lousy pizza. All total with the delivery charge, tax, add on fees and god knows what else, my total was $59.58, plus I did add a $3.00 tip I sure as hell shouldnt have! This will be the LAST TIME I EVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN and I DAMN WELL GUARANTEE NO ONE I DEAL WITH WILL DO BUSINESS WITH YOU EITHER! YOU PEOPLE ARE A COMPLETE RIP-OFF AND JUST LEGALIZED THIEVES! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN , YOU CAN GO BANKRUPT FOR ALL I CARE AND I WILL MAKE CERTAIN NO ONE ELSE I KNOW WILL BUY FROM YOU EITHER! COUNT ON IT!

I'm always reading negative things about the Barstow Dominos but I never have issues with them everyone makes mistakes from time to time but when a mistake happens they greatly fix the issue with no problem. Great and friendly staff!

The absolute worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life 2 and a 1/2 plus hours on a 30 minute order needless to say I didn't get my lunch on time When the pizza did arrive it was cold old not even fresh I received no discount and was told that it was my fault the pizza was cold when I provided the address to my location and they chose to input it as a different hotel address

I purchased online and received a discount 20% discount on my order. the driver was awesome. I tip online $9.85 but when I look at my recipe the driver didn't receive the online tip. My recipe reflected a up charge on the items I ordered. I feel awful that management or the store took the young man's tip. I tried calling the store and was put on hold for over 7 minutes and I was not able to get through. This store's management is stealing from there delivery drivers. Be careful if you give online tips, it better to just give your drivers cash. Thank you to the young delivery driver, my husband is a vet who just had surgery and your service was awesome helping a family provide dinner to a disable Veteran.
