We ordered ahead, our blended rebels were mostly melted. They couldn't get through a regular drive thru rush. When we ordered ahead, others were given their drinks before the drive thru window after ordering in the drive thru. I just don't understand how their line was moving so slowly as well. Made no sense.

Love this place! The service is always fast and never rude. Even when it's busy, they push those drinks out quick! Tyler hands my drink (with straw) over and leaves me with a smile every time. You can't go wrong with Dutch Bros Barstow!

My wife ordered a cold brew with no ice due to my medical condition that I can’t have cold drinks. Dutch Brothers served me a half cup of cold brew.
Starbucks never served their cold brew like this. This is the las time I will go to Dutch Bros.

I’m a big Dutch Bros fan, which is why I’m offering this feedback in good faith. This is my 2nd time here and both times seem to have the same issue.
3:48 PM – Arrived. Several cars ahead of us and no outside order-takers, unlike most Dutch Bros locations.
4:15 PM – Still behind two cars and had not placed our order yet. My normal Dutch Bros experience is about 5 minutes total, so the delay stood out.
4:19 PM – A staff member finally came outside to take orders, and the line began moving normally. Once the system started, it worked well — suggesting that the process works, but it wasn’t activated early enough.
4:27 PM – We finally left with our drinks. Total time: 39 minutes, versus the usual 5 minutes I normally experience at other Dutch Bros locations.
Staff was friendly, but the outside-order system appears to be used reactively instead of proactively, which makes a big difference in wait times.
I like Dutch Bros and want this location to succeed — I just hope the process gets more consistent, because when it’s in motion, it works well.

Six people working with a total of four orders. We were in line for 24 minutes while those working stopped making orders to talk and giggle amongst themselves. They also offered us a “extra” drink that they didn’t know whose it was or how long it had been sitting on the counter.

This Dutch bros was so bad. We waited 30 minutes for coffee and when we asked for the order they said they forgot. There was 2 homeless people both smoking. The atmosphere was so bad and the coffee isn’t even that good.

The young woman greeted me the second we made eye contact! We love Dutch Brothers, it’s our favorite coffee shop. We are in our mid 60’s and we are always treated with respect, but I think this location (Barstow) has to be the best to date. We live in the Sacramento area and are coming back from Missouri in our motor home. The heart on our lid was a special touch.
