I always love Dutch Bros but sometimes the broistas need some training. The thing I love is their friendliness. Didn't get that with the first person. I gave this one a star on service because as I waited for a missing item, the person who came to ask why I was waiting was very helpful.

Ordered at the walk up and then waited for 30 minutes for them to hand me my drink. Probably had 50+ cars go through the drive thru during that time. Several people who ordered at the walk up after me got their drinks before me. When I finally got my order it was lukewarm. My guess is that they made it, set it aside, and forgot to hand it to me.

My visit experience was nothing short of exceptional. I stopped by for a drink on my way to Vegas. The employee who took my order was outstanding, so I had to. Ask her her name for this review, and she responded Jayoni (sorry if I didn't spell her name correctly ). She was so attentive, and her customer service was outstanding. She is a very polite young lady who constantly smiles and ensures my order is correct. It was an enjoyable experience. She did an exceptional job and was very patient, as many of us were in the car trying to order our drinks at once. She was patient despite everyone talking at once and got the order correct. And I appreciate her kindness and patience. The staff as a whole today did an outstanding job. Thank you, Dutch bros Barstow

Love Jayoni really hope I spelled it right she was great I go everyday and today I went and seen a customer being very rude to her as she was working alone and still having great attitude while doing her job I really hope u guys recognize these workers and be patient and more kind she’s always very sweet!!!

First time I went Dutch bros since Del Taco stopped serving their green tea so I just turned the corner and the Dutch Bros worker suggested a sugar-free strawberry coconut drink and it was delicious. I will definitely return ?
