I always love Dutch Bros but sometimes the broistas need some training. The thing I love is their friendliness. Didn't get that with the first person. I gave this one a star on service because as I waited for a missing item, the person who came to ask why I was waiting was very helpful.
My visit experience was nothing short of exceptional. I stopped by for a drink on my way to Vegas. The employee who took my order was outstanding, so I had to. Ask her her name for this review, and she responded Jayoni (sorry if I didn't spell her name correctly ). She was so attentive, and her customer service was outstanding. She is a very polite young lady who constantly smiles and ensures my order is correct. It was an enjoyable experience. She did an exceptional job...
Love Jayoni really hope I spelled it right she was great I go everyday and today I went and seen a customer being very rude to her as she was working alone and still having great attitude while doing her job I really hope u guys recognize these workers and be patient and more kind she’s always very sweet!!!
