This location is amazing. Wanted to say thank you to Christop for having a great customer service. Me and my husband have been coming to this location for almost a year and every time we order our same thing (2 chicken beast and our tostada bowls lol) and Christop is on the shift he makes sure everything is in the bag, awesome personality and will tell you exactly what’s in each bag☺️ thank you so much!! Hes definitely the best.

EXTREMELY stingy on salsa every time I come here. Getting tired of having to ask for more than just one salsa of guac/house each — especially when I buy multiple items that should come with at least 2 salsas each. I’ll probably just stop coming here and go elsewhere here (lots of other business to go to and spend my $).

I had given this place 5 stars at one time and now I have changed it to 2 stars. I spent $40 on a family meal and received pieces that appeared to be chicken. The thighs were so flat that there was nothing but skin and bones. The chicken legs were just pitiful and looked like leg's from a Cornish hen. I'm sorry but y'all dropped the ball on this one and I'm very disappointed that this establishment which is one of my favorites would serve their customers malnutrition chicken.

The only problem with this review is that I cannot give SIX STARS. I love EPL and we were looking for a new stop on our way back from Vegas to LA and this came as a blessing! All the EPL awesomeness you’re used to, friendly service, lovely patrons, and clean restrooms!
Also my family was always making fun of me for my love of El Pollo Loco and now they are all converts!!

I eat at Pollo Loco locations often. I have dined at this location about 10 times. By far my favorite.
The food is always served hot and made fresh as the day progresses. Nothing made in advance and sitting around.
This time I had the Tortilla Soup and Queso Blanca with chips. So fresh and good. All for under $10.00 including taxes.
One of my all time fast food stops.!!!
