First time at a Fatburger and I will try again, but probably at a different location. The Large is to big for me and I'm a big guy, much like 5 Guys, will size down in the future. Sweet Potato Fries and TVs to watch sports were probably the highlights here. Tables were dirty, there was cellophane covering the garbage cans and none of the restrooms were usable...which shocked me! Probably give them another try, but smaller Burger at a different location....want to try the Fat Fries, which they were out of as well.

Parking: Plenty out front and off to the side.

Wheelchair accessibility: Slight curb ramp up to first floor doors, roll in/out. Bathrooms were unavailable.

Food took a long time, granted we were a bigger party. They made a mistake with our order yet when we went to the worker in front he kept saying how there wasn’t a mistake when there’s a clear difference in skinny fries and fat fries.

We went in and ordered. Burger ketchup and pickles only. She said they are out of pickles and we said that's fine just ketchup then. She said the they were a little busy and we said fine we are not in a hurry. Got our food the burger was all the way with ketchup. Took it back up she said they would fix it in a rush. We fine the fries and my meal,but the burger too another 20 minutes to remake(after the rest of the orders). I don't know if they make their burgers with garlic but it was not edible with the amount they doused it with.

This place is okay. Food was good. Bathrooms were nasty. The smell was akin to a port a potty on a July afternoon, apparently they know about it but choose not to do anything. There was also a dead roach, but at least it was dead.People who work there act as if they're being held against their will. "Hello, how are you?" The response.. "hi"

Horrible place for families to eat always smells bad it's dirty plus I've seen a young female smoking from a wax pin while there making my food contaminated food 100% I didn't say anything because there rude and very ghetto so I just thru it away and went to in and out I no weed is legal but not for me. Shame on the owner. By the way what happened to the manager she kept the store clean greeted everyone I will never go back plus it needs to be reported to the authorities if there smoking on the job in front of customers I can only imagine what else is going on.

Upon arriving, the smell inside was bad but worse in the bathrooms. Manager said it's been that way for 5 years and the boss hasn't fixed it yet. Not very appetizing. When the chef brought out our burgers I thought this kid is really being worked with no help cooking or delivering the food. Then we took one bite and couldn't eat much more, it was so salty I coughed till I couldn't eat at any more. The other burger was just as salty. Unetable! In defense of the mgr he did offer to make 2 more or refund our money. But we just couldn't, mostly to make as point to him, it was that bad. Barstow has lots of places to eat off Exit 178 but we will have to eat in Victorville next time.

I love fatburger but they should say the wait time on drive Tru is 40 min or send the cars to the front to wait for food a I ask for the drinks after 20min wait time and they denied me the drinks when i get my food they didn't get my drinks and they send me to wait more for the drinks to the front people behind me came to drive Tru yelling to me whit out knowing they told me to wait there don't understand he why they let a customer come to drive tru window to say bad words to other customer worse drive Tru service I ever had so sad 1 restaurant can change the face of the entire company
