I have never left a review for any business I've been to but I had to for this IHOP location. My family and I passed by on our way back from Las Vegas. The food was great, good ol IHOP that you come to expect. The problem lies in management. I forgot our waitress's name but I haven't forgotten her. She was so kind, attentive and personable. Her service was comfort and from what I can see the other waitress in the section I was sat was sweet as well. However I had a similar experience to many other people who have also written reviews and as well as others who were in the restaurant with me. And that was the wait time. First off as we my family and I were deciding what we wanted to eat we overheard a table behind us get their order of toast as they were nearing the end of eating their breakfast. Could be that they ordered the toast late but considering the service I experience I wouldn't be surprised. About ten minutes later my family had finally put in our orders and were waiting. The table next to ours was a couple who order before us and their main breakfast was served promptly but their pancakes arrived well after they finished their food which they didn't seem happy about. The waitress who was serving them told them they wouldn't ask the kitchen to check on the order because she would be yelled at. A customer never wants to hear that about the stuff, this is no fault of the waitress but of management. Our food took thirty minutes to arrive to our table and my mom received her french toast ten minutes before she received her main breakfast. Like I said the actual food was no problem although my parents say the coffee was more water than coffee. We finished our food and went to the front to pay and waited until the hostess had sat down those waiting in line. When we tried to pay at the front register a man with ear gauges told us we have to pay with our server despite a payment reader being there on the front table. So my mom went back to pay with our waitress who told my mom that the bill can be payed at the front they just didn't want to do it but she kindly processed the payment for us. I believe her because I've had no problem at other IHOPs. I also noticed that waitress were also bussers for their tables. I noticed ours clear plates and wipe down the booths, served us and processed our payments. She also was taking care of a large party of ten plus on top of us and the booth behind us. Management do better and treat your waitress kinder, it's not a good look for you. To the waitresses working on sunday morning of 12/28 thank you for your hospitality.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. The food is surprisingly good. I didn't expect much but their steak is really good and crepes as well. The staff goes above and beyond to make everyone happy and fed. We communicated with 2 great servers specifically: Lexxa and Sam. And they are the only food place in the area actually open during the Christmas day!

My wife got her food first. Mine came a little later. The waitress admitted that she forgot my food. Everything was cold.

We visited this branch for breakfast. We ordered a variety of dishes, including a kids' chocolate pancake, an omelette with mushrooms, and a tortilla with cheese (which we specifically requested without chicken).
Unfortunately, there were a few mistakes from the kitchen with our food preparation: the tortilla arrived with chicken even though we explicitly asked for it to be removed, and the chocolate milk we ordered was extremely sweet. Thankfully, the staff handled the return of the chocolate milk without any problem. Additionally, the wait time for our food was longer than expected.
However, I must give credit to the service we received. The waitress who served us was simply outstanding – kind, nice, patient, and caring. She truly did everything she could to make our experience better, and she deserves a perfect score.
Overall, the food itself was okay, but the mistakes from the kitchen and the long wait time detracted from the experience. The value for money was reasonable. I am giving 2 stars mainly because of the amazing service, hoping that the kitchen improves its performance.

Becky O. was very attentive and polite. She was the only one on the floor and kept making sure we were taken care of.

The food was pretty good. The wait time tho? HORRIBLE. We had to wait for like 1 hour for them to take our order and another one to actually receive it. They also ran out of hot chocolate. Like- wasn’t I-HOP known for the hot chocolate. Then they apologized for the lateness and gave us a free appetizer and extra shake. So, I guess that made it up a bit. Then, we asked for something else and the waitress rolled her eyes before bringing out her notepad to write down the order.

We sat at 11:53a and ordered about 15 mins later. Then came the wait. Around 12:55p we finally got our order. Waitress was not only distracted but even sat down at her friends’ booth to chit chat. Completely missed the hot sauce, extra plate, cold and soggy hash browns, extra butter, water, and more. Had to beg for the check. If you’ve got 5 hours to sit around and wait for cold bacon and crispy pancakes, this is your place! Also, kids meal was $17, wait what??

We waited over 30 minutes for our food after ordering, which set the tone for a disappointing visit. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and unfortunately, it was the worst I've ever had. The English muffin was untoasted and tasted like it came straight out of the package. It was topped with a thin slice of lunch meat-style ham that was still slightly chilled, an overcooked poached egg, and a minimal drizzle of hollandaise sauce that barely covered the top.

The fresh fruit side was equally underwhelming, just a slice of pineapple core, mushy honeydew, rinsed-off frozen strawberries, and grapes that were half mushy.

On a positive note, our server (who was also the cashier and hostess) was friendly and doing her best, but the understaffing was obvious. She had to yell across the dining room to greet guests, which made for a chaotic and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Disappointing all around, despite the staff’s best efforts.
