The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

The chicken is extremely overcooked and dry. So disappointed. Probably they don’t understand difference between crispy and overcooked… ranch dressing is disgusting. Please! do not put dressings in the box with the food. You put these plastic cups on dirty surfaces, so why do you put them in the box with the food?!!!

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

It's been a couple weeks back now, but I ordered wings to go while staying at the holiday Inn next door to the Chili's. They were running low on ranch so they watered it down... I was given ranch that was literally the same consistency as milk. I lost my appetite after dipping the first wing.

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!
