Food was standard J-in-the-B, quick, fresh, not fancy. The service was better than expected. The man at the counter was friendly. He was also quick to identify customers on road trips to be sure we had restroom access (clean BTW). 😅

Horrible Customer Service. Worker that helped us was named Valeria N. She had a bad attitude, very rude, complain because we requested hot sauce and she had to go back for it. Just shaking her head and complaining. Raised her voice. So unprofessional.

I made a order October 2nd at 11:17 p.m. for 2 monster tacos, monster mozzarella, monster churro and Swiss buttery smash jack add American cheese,add smashed patty, and add bacon. The manager was very disrespectful called me out my name after the second time of them making the burger incorrectly that I wanted my money back and she's yelling that I'm a jackass

Late night stop on the road did not disappoint. Jessica was amazingly attentive in ordering and ensure our food was the freshest of forest. 100 out of 10!!!!

It’s 1:30 a.m, literally just wanted some food.. the girl working was beyond rude. She asked us to park in the front so we waited for our food which came out pretty quickly. Although she comes out and aggressively hands me the bags of food and quickly walks away. Forgetting my shake I told her on the way in about it she let me know she was going to grab it while not even looking back at me. While waiting for that I noticed my fries were stale and cold. I work fast food as well as dining so I knew these fries had been sitting for a while. She hands me my shake and doesn’t even reply when I asked to have my fries remade. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Fire that little girl. Me and my friends will not be back until she’s gone. Rather waste gas going to main st jacks.

First of all, staff were rude. Rushing as I was ordering, and had an attitude. Second, the food was terrible. The Junior Jumbo jack that I ordered was gross. Patty was old, they made it very sloppy, and there was no cheese. The bread was so old too. Very nasty, horrible service. Do not recommend.

The worst Jack in the Box I've ever eaten at. I only picked up some tacos at the drive-thru and stopped to order dessert and a chicken combo. The person who served me at the window was a very rude woman, with a bad attitude and disrespectful. She forgot to give me my online order, and when I reminded her, she was downright rude. People like that who don't provide good customer service shouldn't be working in a job if they don't have patience and respect. A horrible place, and the food was super salty.
