Late night stop on the road did not disappoint. Jessica was amazingly attentive in ordering and ensure our food was the freshest of forest. 100 out of 10!!!!

It’s 1:30 a.m, literally just wanted some food.. the girl working was beyond rude. She asked us to park in the front so we waited for our food which came out pretty quickly. Although she comes out and aggressively hands me the bags of food and quickly walks away. Forgetting my shake I told her on the way in about it she let me know she was going to grab it while not even looking back at me. While waiting for that I noticed my fries were stale and cold. I work fast food as well as dining so I knew these fries had been sitting for a while. She hands me my shake and doesn’t even reply when I asked to have my fries remade. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Fire that little girl. Me and my friends will not be back until she’s gone. Rather waste gas going to main st jacks.

First of all, staff were rude. Rushing as I was ordering, and had an attitude. Second, the food was terrible. The Junior Jumbo jack that I ordered was gross. Patty was old, they made it very sloppy, and there was no cheese. The bread was so old too. Very nasty, horrible service. Do not recommend.

The worst Jack in the Box I've ever eaten at. I only picked up some tacos at the drive-thru and stopped to order dessert and a chicken combo. The person who served me at the window was a very rude woman, with a bad attitude and disrespectful. She forgot to give me my online order, and when I reminded her, she was downright rude. People like that who don't provide good customer service shouldn't be working in a job if they don't have patience and respect. A horrible place, and the food was super salty.
Waited in the drive, though, for over 20 minutes. When we got to the window, the staff apologized for being short staffed. I wish they had said that before they took my order because I would have backed out. There were 5 cars parked waiting for food. This was last Saturday. Such to the curb management allowing that to happen. My order was wrong, and the fries were cold and old. I won't be back to this location ever.

We went to this place only to have our food served cool, barely warm. The burgers were chewy like rubber, and sloppy built then smashed flat. Like the workers are mad. The fries were super salty and Luke warm and waxy tasting. No napkins in the bag no ketchup. But the young lady at the counter was very upbeat and helpful. Until we asked for a remake of our food. She said she was new went to ask someone about it and came back and said it's no store policy to replace cold food.

Ordered ahead so my food would be ready...or so we thought was told to park been out here waiting for 20 minutes. There's no other cars it's 12:25 am still waiting as I type this....don't know what the hold up is. Probably won't be back....very disappointing.
