From one manager to another, please find a strong lead for nights. My wife and I waited 45 minutes for two hot sandwiches when there was no one else in the building. One woman took our order and then disappeared into the back only to be seen if a guest came in to place an order, one woman was making orders, and one gentleman was cleaning and taking trashes out. Once he realized we had been waiting longer than 20 minutes he offered us free chips or a cookie for the long wait and went to the line to help. The woman on the grill was prioritizing delivery/togo orders over her dine in/carry out. For my order, One sandwich was done and left at the register after 20 minutes and the second took another 20 minutes. The first sandwich was cold by the time the second was finished. Once they were both completed, she tried to charge me a second time for my order. Very unhappy with my visit to this location.

After hours on the road from Utah, we rolled into Barstow with the kind of hunger that makes you consider gnawing on the steering wheel. Luckily, Jersey Mike’s was there to save the day. Even though the place was buzzing with customers, the crew kept things moving like a well-oiled sandwich machine. My Italian meats sub was everything I wanted—fresh bread, savory meats, and that perfect tang of vinegar and oil. A reliable chain, yes—but in that moment, it felt like a five-star feast. Road trip hunger: defeated.

I stopped by on a road trip, not only were the tables dirty, the bathrooms had no toilet paper, they took half an hour to complete my mobile order, and to top it off, they got the order wrong. Jersey Mike's is normally great, but this is by far the worst one I've been to.
The staff is amazingly friendly, efficient and work great as a team. We arrived when they were working on a huge takeout order and thought it might take too long to get our food. We decided to wait regardless and were so surprised how fast they got through the orders as a team. We were in and out in no time and the sandwiches were great. The staff deserves much appreciation from management.

I love Jersey Mike's but while traveling I ordered online for pickup at this location and two of the sandwiches were made wrong. The sandwiches somehow got switched. When I informed the staff, no apology not even an acknowledgement. Sad this location is so conveniently of the freeway to Vegas but may not go to it again. It's roomy and delicious but either they need more staff or better customer service skills. My orders are never small or cheap we had to discard more than half of the sandwiches because the person that got bacon does not eat pork and the person that had the supreme lacked vegetables, and had no bacon.
