This Jersey Mike's is awesome! Came in 30 minutes before closing while the staff was beginning to clean and they were not grumpy at all! They were so cheerful and polite and happy to get me and my two friends anything we needed. When my two friends upgraded their sandwich order from Regular to Giant they were only to happy to adjust on the fly. It's like if Chick-Fil-A staffed a sandwich shop. Wish all of my fast food orders were like this. Thank you!

First time ever to eat/take out in a Jersey Mike's Sub place. Because most times I'm usually dropping off a delivery for the construction crew that are building them. Great fresh ingredients made subs. No pre-sliced meats, all hand sliced right there as they make it. I will definitely be back to eat here again. Maybe not at this location, because I was traveling for work, but at another location back in my home state of Wisconsin. Very wonderful people here as well to help guide you through what you may want on your sub.

Listen to the other 1 star reviews regarding the attitude of the employees. I really am not someone that cares to write reviews, but seeing as how poorly I was treated today given that I have two very serious (epi-pen) food allergies, I am inclined to warn others who may also have serious food allergies. But aside from just allergies, its worth writing in general about the employees treatment of customers seeing as I was left crying in my car feeling like an inconvenience for something I cannot control. I'm not going to write with exact details and single anybody out, but will write enough to warn others. For reference this happened at about 2pm today.I informed the gal taking my order that I had two allergies, and wanted to double check that there were no ingredients or items on my sandwich order that may affect me. I got an annoyed look and a huffy breath when doing so. I then noticed that the bread that they pulled out was not the correct one, and had to politely let them know that it was supposed to be a different kind of bread, seeing as the one she pulled out had an ingredient in it that is one of my food allergies. I got an eye roll and a snide remark made to another employee right in front of me. I came very close to leaving the store right then and there as I was starting to get upset. I already feel bad having to ask folks to double check things so that I don't accidentally consume something that could send me to the hospital, as it's not my intent to give someone more work, so it really doesn't feel great when you're made to feel like a massive inconvenience and have rude comments made about you just as you're trying to double check that your order is made correctly. I left the store and sat in my car crying afterwards.To whoever owns this store, manages it, etc, please consider training your employees on the potential severity of food allergies, but quite frankly, behavior as well. I get that employees are people and sometimes have bad days, maybe that was the case with this gal today, but no need to take it out on others. I work in a role that interfaces with the public as well, and understand the pressures of customer service at times. But getting annoyed at someone trying to make sure they have the correct order and not have to utilize and epi-pen is just not good.Thanks for reading. Hope this helps someone else.

I tried to pay with a 100 dlr bill, and you can't take it? Money is money. You might want to invest in a pen to verify my bill. sandwiches were amazing as always with jersey mike , but this location gave terrible service. the employees were all standing around in a group when we came in. when we went to order , we were the only people there , but the employees didn't seem happy to have another customer come through. we ignored it and ordered. finally get our food and we couldn't find a spot to sit because every table was dirty and covered in trash. we had to ask for one of the employees to finally come out and clean them. we ate and we're getting ready to leave and i decided to use the restroom. never again in that store. the bathroom was covered in trash , the paper towels were gone and the toilet paper dispenser was falling apart broken. this store looks like it needs a manager or someone to actually take charge of the place. would come back if it was cleaned !

Arrived at the store on Friday and placed my order for my family for 4 subs and had asked for no onion on them because of food allergy and they did not listen to my wife , my sons was supposed to be tuna and recieved ham and turkey with tomato and onion, the other 2 subs were also not made correctly and no lettuce was placed on 3 of the subs. I was not pleased with the quality of service that I had on that night .I called today Sunday and tryed to talk to the store manager but she was busey to discuss what had happened to me about my order.
