The manager Jose is a complete joke own a few farm’s in ky and eat at kfc 1 in Corbin ky at least once or twice a month and for your manager to sit there and lie to me over the phone about what he could and could not do on an order placed online that was incorrect as a complete joke. maybe your store policy but trust me KFC and Kentucky is able to correct and cancel an order online. That is incorrect so you’re unwillingness to help your customers knowing that they were driving 37 miles from Fort Irwin which means they’re active duty. Family is completely nonsense. No wonder why people don’t wanna leave the fort to go into Barstow to do business

As I was reading reviews I noticed all the new 5 star reviews are from employees at this KFC lol how pathetic is that. That's false information how is it okay for employees to leave 5 start reviews. I was reading reviews in the lobby before I placed my order and noticed the employees name tags matched the review names. My mind was blown. Also I grew up in barstow and know Amanda Rojas is a Manger there and she gave the location 5 stars. This is embarrassing and should show everyone how terrible it must be for employees to be lying on reviews and they still have a low score. I'll never eat here do better KFC.

We used the app to place our order. We received everything we ordered, and all of it was good with the exception of one thing. The gravy was a little runny and could have used some thickening (5 stars next time, if they've fixed it). However, everything else was perfect and it all tasted as it should. My son said that everyone was polite and working when he went in to pick up our food, and that the restaurant is clean.

I like to go eat here for my lunch, and I always place my order online. Today, 6/13/2025 at 12:40PM, O#336966069 I placed the order online, and the lady who is taking the order for the drive-through, she is a very rude lady.. I was asking for ketchup, and she closed the window on me. I didn't understand why. But then I stayed there to see if she was going to come back, and she did with actitude she give the ketchup. No napkins, no forks, no biscuits, and the order says it was double-checked by them. Definitely not coming back to this location anymore.
