We came early and was told it would be a 7 min wait for our food and was welcomed with 2 free drinks for the wait. Perfect customer service will definitely come back. Best KFC experience I’ve ever had. Wished I could’ve gotten the names, there was two guys working at 8:40. 01/23/24

So first off they had an open bathroom but wouldn't open it for me as I was dancing around about to pee my pants, and then the employees were all extremely rude and took forever to help us. And they didn't give us ANY necessities like a fork for my bowl or napkins and they don't allow substitutions on there food like all other locations do. I'm a fast food worker so I have never written a bad review but as a fast food worker I know just how unacceptable the service, attitude and environment was and it enraged me.

Quality of food has gone significantly down. Its borderline a scam. This is not an isolated single event. Take a look at this 5-piece tender meal. Look how small these tenders are. They keep getting smaller and smaller. It's almost popcorn chicken. You have to be kidding me.

Stopped here after a long evening of Christmas shopping, we haven’t had kfc in so long, our kids don’t even remember ever having kfc before. The staff was so kind and courteous, our food came out in a timely manner. Place was clean and we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Will definitely come back!
