Lil Caesars in Barstow has really gone downhill under this new management. At first I just shrugged it off. But this new management does not know how to make a pizza. The dough is over cooked and there’s no difference between dough and crust. It’s tough to chew and crust is flat like a pancake and tough. Will absolutely be the last lil Caesars I buy from the Barstow store.

What the hell are these extra charges? State county , country , district. What the hell? They should have stayed Permanently closed !!!!!! Poor service never have hot and ready pizza. You have to wait 20 minutes. What's the point . Sometimes it's all to one side or they only put on 10 pepperonis on large pizza. I stopped going there never again !
I ordered 4 pizzas for my family of 6 and the deep dish pizza we got wasn't even cooked all the way it was undercooked all the way around the inside this place is always srewing up needs to be re managed. Here it is 4 months later when back I'm stupid 3 uncooked pizzas 2 orders of breadsticks uncooked they're just rushing too much this is the shittiest place I've ever been to never again

Horrible customer service they always put people in the store that don't speak english I just sat there in line while a customer was taking his sweet time pain for his order and then the employee walks in the back and starts making pizzas like I wasn't in line this one in Barstow has the worst customer service ever I'll just get Domino's they're pizza taste better anyways and their cheaper Little Caesars is not even worth $10

Went to go do a walk in pick up just couple off hot and readies. And they had closed 20 minutes early. It said 10pm and they closed at 9:40pm. Like what business does that. I use to be a manager of a pizza parlor and we closed on the dime. If it said 10pm we closed at 10pm. If it said 9:59pm and someone walked through that door guess what we still made your food and let you enjoy the pizzeria as if we were still open. This is a joke this place needs new management that won’t ruin a good franchise that I seen get better over the years.

Ridiculous errors. They get sauces wrong constantly, get annoyed if you have a custom order and just terrible with their dough. Don't eat here, pay for the crappy pizza before you waste money here. Three orders wrong is just pathetic, train your employees.b

Ordered online ahead of time but still had a long wait for our pizzas, one pizza tasted as if it had expired dough was paper thin on one side and just didn't taste very good ended up with a stomach ache after two slices. Didn't try the other pizzas but they looked the same. Sorry just unhappy with little Caesars.
