They gave me incomplete items from the drive thru order and couldnt give me refund unless i go back physically. I was already miles away and called them about it requesting refund but they wouldnt do it

The Service there was horrible we ordered our food at 12:45 and got our food at 1:20. People ordered after us and got their food before us when we asked the reasoning they said because they need to get the drinks from the back. But everyone was getting there sodas with there orders. When I asked to speak to a manager she walked passed me and said I am going on Break😂 That was the most unprofessional thing I ever witnessed.

This Mc is at a unique location on Route 66 and in a unique setting of old train wagons. Definitely not your typical Mc Donald’s building. Bit slow service but hey where else can you go in a 100 mile radius.
