I ordered my food online at 4:37 am and arrive here at this location at 4:53 am. 1st they never answered the speaker when pulling up I had to go to the last window and honk. 2nd. Then they finally come to the window I give them my online order number CK66 and they tell me my order will be ready in 12 mins. I then explained to them I ordered this order online dang near 20 mins ago and they need 12 additional mins for just 2 order of fries 2 apple pies and (sauces) which they didn’t even include in my order when it finally was finished. The manager gave me nothing but unprofessionalism and attitude and then told me to park in the waiting parking lot area which I did not. I was the only car in the drive thru at this time of incident. Please note that if asked to pull forward and wait in the parking area is suppose to be an option. There is nothing in company policy to the public that states that WE HAVE TO pull away from the window once purchase for order is complete and awaiting food/ beverages for the company to assist the next customer. There is nothing that states that. This is the worst customer service ever and I asked the manager what was she going to do to compensate there complete disaster of the time frame of my order and there customer service she ignored me and closed the window. Also note I have this whole incident on camera and this is this corporation’s opportunity to resolve this matter at this level and compensate me or I pursue this corrective action in court

I mean I guess it's all right definitely a weird place to stop at night. The place looks nice but the lighting is poor. Then when you go inside it's all kind of weird and there's a bunch of weirdos everywhere cuz the bus stop I guess. Fear of the weirdos kind of scared my kids with their appearance. Just an odd place

Barstow Station is a fun and very eclectic place to spend some time while driving along the 15 freeway. Almost everything is here: Greyhound bus station, McDonald's, Subway, Wetzel's Pretzels, and even Thrifty brand ice cream. And nice restrooms. There's also an extensive supply of tchotchke gifts from a few stalls inside the station.

This rest stop really needs a face lift. It is stuck in the 70s. The maintenance crew did a good job of cleaning but it still had a dirty feel to it.

I ordered the sausage sandwich and my wife had the chicken sandwich, to our surprise, there was only a piece of meat with nothing else on it. Furthermore, the bun has a sweet taste which is not used to.
Parking: Good location, close to the I-15 at Barslow exit.
Came for coffee got my coffee within 2 mins good service

Was excited to stop here because the new exterior looked so nice. Inside McDonald’s counter still reminds me of a bus stop, no apparent upgrade but tbh I wasn’t surprised. I only went in to try and fix my drive thru order. Judging by the 20 people standing around tapping their feet combined with them making me the wrong burgers not once, not twice, but thrice… they were either understaffed for a Sunday afternoon or undertrained or both. The girl at the counter also managed to argue with me that it was my fault they refired the wrong burgers (they didn’t listen to me or look at the burgers I handed them and instead refired my husbands order). The third time they gave me his order again with no cheese. I asked for hot fries because I never got the sauce I paid for either but ended up having to leave my cold fries and get out of the way of the other 20 battles they had yet to face. Normally I don’t go back to return wrong orders but decided to because it was all wrong and I had been looking forward to it… rly sorry I did.
