This restaurant has gone completely kiosk service only. Everyone had a hard time ordering. You don't get a receipt. You can't do a special order like asking for breakfast sandwich to be well done. Not happy at all with this new non personal, hassle, confusing service. We will avoid this and all McDonald's like this forever !!

Odd one here. We are a group of four people but this store has a policy of giving only a max of two cups of water, no matter how many people are in a group. Let that sink in… Where have you ever seen such policy?

Stopped in after a long road trip for coffee and ice cream. No one in line and the place was quiet but the counter clerk refused to take our order. Said we had to use the computer kiosk while he stood by and watched. The new sign brags about California McDonald's new dining experience. What a joke. Won’t return to a business that doesn’t want to give customer service.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT STOP HERE!! ALL MCMARROW MCDS ARE TRASH. Every single one I have ever been in is the same thing. The workers, including manager ignore customers. Even if your standing at the counter saying excuse me. The food is sloppily made, cold and almost always wrong. They put in the self ordering machines and if you need help, no one around to help and just direct you back to the machine. Extremely rude staff when you do speak with them. GO ELSEWHERE TRUST ME
