As good as can be at a fast food place like McDonald's. The young man at the counter was absolutely excellent add customer service. He can teach a masterclass in customer service, genuinely helpful, genuinely friendly and polite and knowledgeable.
This location was very good. Great fries. Hot nuggets. Soda with the proper balance. Even the soft serve ice cream machine was working well.

Never come to this McDonald we came here on Christmas and waited an hour for our food.
Everyone was pissed but the workers were taking their sweet time while everyone’s time was being wasted
I ordered through the app so I’m completely traumatized by McDonald’s and will never order through the app again as they prioritized drive through customers over app orderers.

This place a mess, people has been waiting around 1-2 hours js to get a simple order. Staffs literally walks around and staffs moves slow like there isnt 20 people infront of them needing help. Also not recalling order numbers so people doesn’t know if there still waiting for something. Don’t even try to go here. never stop by if you don’t wanna waste ur time.

Hey Mc Donald I thought you were fast food. Not very happy with service. My wife did a mobile order and it's taking about 30 min in the line. We haven't gotten our food yet and all those people in line and drive thru are getting frustrated. Whe are in 600 # and they are serving 200 #. Also we have kids and they wanted McDonald's and they are. hungrily. Not a place to wait for food with hungry kids. I thought you had a system down to make fast food faster. I guess not. Hope this goes to corporate. It took about 45 min to get our mobile order. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE FOR LONG LINES AND LONGER WAITS IF YOU DID A MOBILE ORDER. This review is my first 1 star in years. There should be no excuses for not serving food fast to customers and making your customers happy plus I feel sorry for the other family's that are waiting to dine in and wait this long. Youre customers are your money makers for your organization. Ps. I don't want to be contacted because you know what's happening. I'm not the first or last person to post a bas review. Ps also you made our order wrong. Hug

Order wasn’t correct. Also the happy meal toy that was order they didn’t have anymore would’ve been nice to be aware of that. Also no refills for table guest.
Don’t stop here. They can’t handle even a medium size crowd. McDonald’s should shut down this location until they can actually properly staff the location. Everyone should call and email corporate until this is fixed.

The manager at 10 am on Sunday December 14th is rude and condescending do not go to this Mc Donald’s there is so many other food chains in that area to enjoy with pleasant service and to the owners of this establishment do better 29 cents per packet of Mexican Salsa is crazy the inside of this place was dirty and unsanitary and my food was cold and not put together with the Mc Donald’s way! Sad

Very slow service. If time is of the essence don’t dare stop here. They don’t care … No soda refill. In and out will blossom because of service and price point. Goodbye McDonalds… you will get it when you lose customer and profit.

I just went through the drive through here in Lenwood. I ordered two6 piece chicken nugget happy meals for my grandchildren. The asked what kind of sauce. I told them ranch. We get to my daughter's home and there was no sauce and only 5 nuggets in one of the 6 piece chicken nuggets. Yes, I should check before driving through since the same thing happened 4 months ago when i was last here. I should not have to check each meal I ordered. How much are your employees making an hour? $15 or $20? Better step up the training and teach them how to count. Thank goodness I don't live around here. Next time i will be taking the grandchildren to Burger King. My order is never wrong there.
