I was at this Panda Express with my wife today and what a dissapointment on customer service, i still can‘t believe it!!!
My wife ordered a big meal and a soda for us to share, Mike was the cashier, unmotivated and unfriendly, cashed in, and walked away without getting my wife an empty cup to fill up soda.
She was a bit surprised on the ignorant way Mike was doing his job, however as we payed for the soda she took an emty cup herself.
I was sitting at the table and watched all of this happen.
Well my wife dropped the food at the table and was about to go to the soda station to fill it up for the first time.
But another rude employe named Maria approached my wife and said she did not pay for the soda.
But we did.
And proved it with the receipt!
At the same time Mike looked at me very aggressively shaking his head like we did something wrong.
Long story short, what a shame, we love going to Panda Express for a long time now, but had never experienced such a poor customer service.
We are considering never going to a Panda Express again, just so dissapointed after today!!!

Y'all these workers are the nicest ever. I door dashed my order and my dasher did not grab all my food. She told me I should cuss panda express out of the phone. Heck no. It was my dasher fault all way around. My girl Jasmine!!!! The manager offered to bring it too me. Go out of her way and bring it to me. Because I didn't have a vehicle to go get it. She was so sweet. Very nice. Very professional. I could not have asked for a better experience on pandas side. Thank you so much to Panda express and thank you so much Jasmine!!!!!!!

Went in today sadly found a hair in my food but Jair is the most sweetest guy I told him about it and he right away got me a fresh plate with fresh hot food his customer service skills are amazing 10 out 10 stars for this guy.......

This location was good when it first opened. However, the food here is now just like the other location on Lenwood Avenue. It's got a chemical taste. Won't waste my money ever again!

Medium/light customers & Running out of food. 5 on-trays in total missing/low for both sides to be specific. multiple customers waiting. Made complaint to manager “maiana” who shows no care for customer complaints or regard to her 6 employees who are slacking and mostly standing around on the job. Manager went on break with unsatisfied customers and failing workmanship. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple order. Failed to receive one item I wanted to purchase due to massive wait. First time at this location. I have never had an issue with any other restaurant before. I will never come back here again. 03-16-25 at approximately 1415 General manager needs to step in and redirect his shift manager employee. Highly unsatisfactory location.

The food here tasted fresh and great; they even offered a drink while having to wait for the menu to finish cooking. The staff were also very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I ordered a side (firecracker shrimp )that you had to pay extra for just to not recieve it and the have not answered the phone. The other sides looked old . I will for now on take that trip to lenwood for panda

I stopped in for lunch after a visit to Walmart and the Wells Fargo ATM on the same parking lot. The food, the service, the atmosphere were all five star. I enjoyed the meal of orange chicken and teriyaki chicken with the combination of fried rice and chow mein.
