This was a sub-par experience for Panda Express. The employees really did not want to be there and you could tell. Food was not fresh and looked like it had been sitting out. I really love Panda Express, but this location fell flat.

Tall server was very rude and gave me an attitude. Underserved me with only 4 pieces of an item that was left of one pan and while there was another to fill up he didn't grab any and simply charged me full for such tiny portion.

I was very disappointed with my order. I first came on Sunday and ordered orange chicken — it was hard and not enjoyable. I went back today hoping for better quality, but unfortunately received the same thing. The food had no heat, wasn’t fresh, and the orange chicken was once again hard and cold.
Most of the pieces weren’t even chicken, just fried dough with seasoning. Only a couple of larger pieces actually had chicken in them, which makes it feel like filler instead of a real meal. For the price, this is unacceptable.
Restaurants should take more pride in preparing food fresh and ensuring quality before handing it to customers. I also suggest avoiding the drive-through here — go inside if you must order, so you can check your food before leaving. Sadly, I did not get my money’s worth and won’t be returning

Rice always hard smh barely have any to eat! They really need to do better or close it down 2023 to 2025 the food sucks! Didn't even give me meat just alot veggies like where is my steak I paid extra for!
I was at this Panda Express with my wife today and what a dissapointment on customer service, i still can‘t believe it!!!
My wife ordered a big meal and a soda for us to share, Mike was the cashier, unmotivated and unfriendly, cashed in, and walked away without getting my wife an empty cup to fill up soda.
She was a bit surprised on the ignorant way Mike was doing his job, however as we payed for the soda she took an emty cup herself.
I was sitting at the table and watched all of this happen.
Well my wife dropped the food at the table and was about to go to the soda station to fill it up for the first time.
But another rude employe named Maria approached my wife and said she did not pay for the soda.
But we did.
And proved it with the receipt!
At the same time Mike looked at me very aggressively shaking his head like we did something wrong.
Long story short, what a shame, we love going to Panda Express for a long time now, but had never experienced such a poor customer service.
We are considering never going to a Panda Express again, just so dissapointed after today!!!

Y'all these workers are the nicest ever. I door dashed my order and my dasher did not grab all my food. She told me I should cuss panda express out of the phone. Heck no. It was my dasher fault all way around. My girl Jasmine!!!! The manager offered to bring it too me. Go out of her way and bring it to me. Because I didn't have a vehicle to go get it. She was so sweet. Very nice. Very professional. I could not have asked for a better experience on pandas side. Thank you so much to Panda express and thank you so much Jasmine!!!!!!!

Went in today sadly found a hair in my food but Jair is the most sweetest guy I told him about it and he right away got me a fresh plate with fresh hot food his customer service skills are amazing 10 out 10 stars for this guy.......
