Strips were dry and seems like they were sitting there for quite awhile, if I didn’t start eating them after I got back on the freeway, I would have returned them or ask for fresh ones, the lesson to be learned is try em before leaving the location

I ordered online hours before time, food was hot and delicious!! Everything I asked for was in the bag, and all the condiments was there also. Great customer service when I went to pick up. Over all well spent money and food again was great!

I only decided to come to give my review through google since Popeyes just took it and said thanks but Ilwhwn I order I always do family orders so a lot and the quality has been horrible , the wraps were just crispy skin no meat , fries cold and old , and had to ask for my drink and the fact that I always get this quality of food and I decided to not even go anymore just warning because I gave them a chance after there other alleged issues but they truly sucks .

The manager and the worker Phoenix messed up my whole order and didn’t want to refund me and I paid with card and she told me out her own mouth she the one gave me the wrong items so WHY WOULD U STILL GIVE IT TO ME KNOWING IT WAS WRONG 😤😤😤😤
It's a self service. You select all you want at the kiosk and pay then they will call you when your food is ready which doesn't take time

It's hard to rate this place something less than 5/5 solely because of how delicious the food is, but factually, it's not a great spot. Firstly, this is one of those locations where you are required to place your order on a kiosk, which if you aren't aware is historically one of the grossest things to touch. You can also end up not having a kiosk to order from, and no good place to line up. They even attempt to overcharge you by making your items large by default. Secondly, in order to save costs (I assume), they've made the staff and the customers share a kitchen sink outside of the bathrooms. And, just, why? It's inconvenient and uncomfortable for both sides. Workers have to leave the kitchen, customers have to leave the bathroom, both with dirty hands. It can cause some serious contamination concerns for those who aren't leaving for the purposes of washing up. Granted, that's a slightly gross few, but still. Overall, fantastic food, and no bad staff per se, but a bad location.

They served up good food, but the kiosk only approach is horrible--when both are broken. Eventually they opened up a cashier, but they should always just have one in my opinion. Some of the customers were cool, but some popped in to rummage through the trash which is located by the door. My advice is to go, or far from the entrance. Enjoy!

I was really disappointed with my visit to Popeyes in Barstow. The food was subpar — the chicken was overcooked, dry, and clearly not fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting around for far too long.
Even worse, the mistake wasn’t addressed by the staff. The shift manager tried to be helpful, but the issue with the food wasn’t resolved, and the rest of the team didn’t seem to care.
Overall, this was one of my worst experiences at a Popeyes, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon unless things improve. I hope they make changes to ensure better food quality and customer service.
