We stopped by on our way to Vegas and purchased three drinks and two cake pops. Two of the drinks were flat, so I went back to request a refund. Alyssa kindly remade my drink instead, and it was absolutely delicious. She mentioned it was her first remake, and she did an amazing job.

It is Sunday, November 9 at 3:10 PM and I just left the store. The biracial female cashier who took my order has a very nasty attitude. She should not be at the cashier. And as I’m looking at her right now, she’s talking on her cell phone while she has the work headset on her ears. Extremely unprofessional.

My experience is a little different, I'm a food delivery person with almost 10,000 deliveries and I've been in contact with friendly staff a majority of the time, but this Starbucks is one of the most unfriendly towards delivery service. They ignore you, I happen to be a African American USMC veteran and I have never seen so much smugness and ignorance. I knew the person I was picking up for and I saw the bag on the counter , I didn't think it was ready and I kept my eyes on the bag and 15 minutes later the staff person ask me are you picking up a mobile or something in a nasty attitude ,.so I told her the name and she walk over to the bag and just sealed up, which means the order had been sitting there for awhile and they acknowledged every one who came through that door with a Hello welcome except my self. I don't have that problem out of other Starbucks in Barstow only this one.
They always took too long time to make your order and even never give me order properly. I’m always waiting for one item or two items.
