This Starbucks is better than the other one. Afra is amazing and makes me want to come back more often than I do. Great service all around too!

Arrived at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning. I wanted a cup of black coffee. Waited inside in the line for 15 minutes and the sole cashier said that they were out of coffee, and it would be a 5 minute wait for it to be made. Finally got a cup of coffee at 9:25 am, 25 minutes after I walked in the door. Starbucks, you have to do better than this.
The little girl with the glasses wa so rude!! I ordered a tall pike in a grande cup with heavy cream ,she charged me 70 cents for the heavy cream... when I asked for a little more heavy cream she gave me attitude , I said what's the problem you charged me for the cream , she said it was a latte....I said its a pike with heavy cream she said next time order a latte...and walked away I had to ask the barista for water with ice cause the cashier didn't relate the order epic fail

My brother and I we just got our Starbucks drinks and food at the other location of the Starbucks then after we came this location to use the bathroom and we wanted to get a water and they said you can not get a water from us you have to order something….. I said we already got our Starbucks drink and food we just need a water they said we can not do anything about it!!!!! I couldn’t believe them first I thought they were joking because you can get a free water from Starbucks in USA……

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but lately the experience has gone downhill—especially when it comes to basic human decency. I recently visited a store and urgently needed to use the restroom before placing my order. The staff flat-out refused to let me in unless I made a purchase first. I was shocked. Whatever happened to treating people with kindness?
To make matters worse, when I asked for a cup of water (which used to be complimentary), I was met with attitude and denied unless I bought something. It felt like I was being punished for not immediately spending money. Starbucks used to be a welcoming, community-oriented space. Now it feels cold, transactional, and unnecessarily rude.
I understand rules change, but there’s a way to treat customers—with empathy and respect—and Starbucks completely missed the mark here. I left without ordering and with no intention of coming back any time soon.
This is probably one of the best Starbucks I've been to. I have absolutely no complaints. Clean store and restrooms. The baristas were kind, knowledgeable, and very quick without sacrificing quality. I used the restroom after ordering, and my drink was ready by the time I got out; my drink was perfect.
