Extremely rude!! They need to be trained again on how to make the drinks .just taste like water and they refuse to remake the drinks .

I always stop at the Starbucks at least once a week. I'm a truck driver, so I pass by them going to Utah and coming back from Utah.

This Starbucks is in Primm in the petrol station (gas if you're American) The man who served me was horrible. He told me that my coffee would be $16 when I questioned this he quoted the rules and regs of displaying prices. Turns out he thought i had asked for two coffees which still meant my coffee was $8. He didn't apologise or make a joke of the mistake. He didn't get the 25% tip that everybody expects nowadays. I've just realised that is my second 0ne star review in an hour but they are both about Primm so that's OK.

Our triple grande lattes were made twice. Yet still watering and tasted horrible. I know it was a Sunday 7/27 but we paid good money . We finally threw them out and left. The bathroom had no paper towels and trash by front door was overflowing with coffee spilled on floor . I think you need more staff to keep up with the Sunday crowds. We travel once a month from Vegas to CA.

The dog loves the pup cups. This is a good place to stop when traveling on I-15 or I-40. They have two Starbucks in this small area but this is the bigger one and probably the better one to stop at.

Passing by on our way home to NM, stopped by and I must say the girl at the window Alycia was extremely rude and looked so unhappy just to see us , no HI ,nothing just a total when i mentioned I could not reach the card reader she rolled her eyes and did not even try to extend even though she could have , had to open my door and step out to tap my card , no thank you just gave me my coffee and closed window, unbelievable...... knowingly it's a traveling area many tired travelers and then greeted in this manner for a $ 11 coffee which i don't mind but make me feel like a customer not a problem to you . Very disappointed that someone who applied to work with the public treats customers in this manner , Starbucks you need to do better .

For some stupid reason this Starbucks is closed 2:30 to 6:30 during the day to walk-ins drive-thru only. I'm driving a pickup truck with a trailer. This place is stupid. I've always stopped here. I will never stop here again. There are more Starbucks in the world than this one!

Stopped by Starbucks in Barstow and had a great experience. We ordered a Cappuccino and a Frappé Latte — both were refreshing and perfectly made. Also tried the Starbucks Hydrate and Energy drink, which was really cool and a nice boost on a road trip.
The service was quick and friendly, and the ambiance was clean and comfortable — great for a quick break. Definitely a reliable spot to recharge while traveling!
worst starbucks. If I can give them negative 100 stars, I will. workers here got attitude!!! not a Starbucks customer service as expected. I ordered Cortado and specifically asked No cinnamon in my drink but they packed it with cinnamon! I am passing through this starbucks and there’s no way I’m going back just to get a replacement drink. Also their Coffee Frapp taste like all milk with a tiny hint of coffee flavor, mind you, I customized it with affogato Style shot and another extra shot of espresso on top of that yet still taste like milk, water and a dash of coffee.

The Barstow Starbucks that still provides plug in electric outlets for working on your laptop while you enjoy your coffee and breakfast! (The other one on Main Street took away this convenience unfortunately.)
