Who would’ve thought a 6 inch sub would end up being almost $16 for adding 3 paper thin slices of avocado and a quarter full bag of chips….not me. Even taking the chips off it was more than I had, I do wanna say thank you to the young brunette who helped me get it because I did start crying when I was $.94 short. A long day + stress + being poor is a bad combo. I won’t be eating in California ever again.

Horrible service the woman taking my dad's order was rude. Didn't seem to understand the fact that my 83yr old dad is hard of hearing. She clearly acted like she does not like or want her job, so fire her or teach her what customer service is about. The young man there that rang up my dad's order was very nice and polite.
Just could've been better they didn't have a few different things I'm use to getting and even with some of the ingredients they did have it just tasted bland

I went to Subway with my dad around 9:30 PM (they were still open), and we had a terrible experience. The employee helping us was very rude and had an attitude the entire time. When we asked if she could separate the sub so we could have it different ways, she muttered under her breath and acted annoyed.
We also asked if she could give us some cookies, and she told us she couldn’t because they had already been counted—even though they weren’t closed yet. On top of that, we are semi-truck drivers and pay with meal tickets, but when we gave her the ticket, she refused to accept it and almost crumbled it up.
We ended up leaving without our food because of how disrespectful she was. As paying customers, we expect at least basic respect and service,especially for truck drivers and we definitely did not get that here.

Terrible service. Stopped through at 7:15pm on a Friday and they had 1 employee. There were only 2 people in front of me and it still took 14 minutes just to place my order SLOW AS TAR!

I’m currently getting over one of the worst cases of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced after eating at this Subway.
The meat tasted off, which should have been my cue to stop, but I didn’t and now I’m leaned over a toilet bowl every other hour. Employees were both sweethearts, this is clearly a management problem.
No one there to help they are clearly open one employee seems to be on break, one in the bathroom on FaceTime. Waiting 15 minutes and than just left

Out of the few subways we have in Barstow, this is the one my family and I prefer to go to. The food is not only great but the service is always excellent. Angela and Cordell go out of their way to make the experience a memorable one.
